I was listening to a GREAT HITS from offsrping and this song brought me back to the punk they used to make that I really liked. I Like this song more than any other from the last 10 yrs of offspring. I wish they'd do more of this kind and keep making many albumbs. They're like the IRON MAIDEN of PUNK.
This is the song I deeply wished I'd heard as a teenager. I was in my mid 20's when it came out, and I'm only discovering it recently. I hope one day I can relate to it's beautiful, powerful, driving melody like I used to.

@@greenslime5655 I'm a Libra myself but both signs are governed by Saturn which is really what the song describes (the saturnian mindset). So, I'm saying this about myself as well. "Strong enough to trust in you" sums it up pretty well. In the end saturnians are misanthropes who dislike their peers but their desire to constantly better themselves forces them to try to give people a chance anyway. "Too proud to beg, too stubborn to try" is such a great line (I read it as "Too proud to beg, but stubborn enough to try anyway").
@Macobbjaw why would you say they are crack addict fans, their music is great it's all just on preference so I don't see why you would discriminate on a bands fans when they listen to other bands as well just not them.

One person posted how it might refer to how the singer is going to change to trust in whoever they're referring to ("shadow to light" meaning that the singer will change from bad to good).
