The mods downloaded through vortex had to be managed there, you can reinstall them through mo2 if you want to manage them just through mo2. I've ran into a few crashes here and there but nothing some xedit patches can't fix

A lot. Mostly changes that affect game balance, touch ups to visuals, and animation mods to make combat more fun
