Great video for me as a beginner! Very clear instructions and very relaxing to watch❤ The idea of taking apart a Blythe doll always scared me until this video😅
I am so clumsy, but i think I dont need to do it? I bought my doll on Vinted. All I want is just dress her nicely. I d like to change hair. I wonder if i cut a bit of my hair, if its possible to make a wig?
My doll has one screw in the back of her head that I just can’t get to unscrew no matter how hard I try… any tips or suggestions? The other two came out just fine.
Hi!! i love your work on all of your dolls could i ask where you get the base doll? I'm trying to make my own for my sister for Christmas and all of the Blythe dolls have brown bangs and she just has a brown middle part so I was wondering if you knew any that look like that or have credible wigs for the dolls too? Your help would be very much appreciated!
You can keep the old one but it is going to be short. You will need two strings so your doll can keep their eyes closed. With one string you can open only. If I make sense 😅
What size is the string? i see everyone is saying nylon 0.8mm but i feel like its too thin? i am making a doll for my nieces ages 7-13 and i’m not sure how they will handle the string… is 1mm good?
Once the spring is removed, you'll need to put 2 new pull strings in the back of her head to move the eyes. There's some vids explaining how to install them if you need help 😊 I hope this solved the issue

I’m pretty sure you can buy Blythe wigs online which maybe you could just colour/dye? Idk this is just a thought ^^
Id suggest buying a bald skull cap and then buying a wig. Dont cut the hair incase you dont like the other outcome
your way of saying the info abt the doll is so good!!! i dont speak english as native language, and this helped me a lot 😊
Yes youre right I just had my first blythe and kinda curious on how to customise it.
tysm!! i appreciate that you showed how to take her apart and put her back together in the same video

where do you buy dolls for your custom ? thank you🙏🏼
Aliexpress has lots of factory blythes that customizers use for repaints! 😊
Do u need to replace the string? Can’t keep old one?

I did everything you did and the eyes aren’t working properly 😢
Did you fixed it?🫠
I kept the spring in and it worked
After the spring is removed you'll have to install 2 new pull strings to control the eye mechanism, there's some yt vids that'll show you how

Where do you buy the Blythe doll from?
Most dolls are from Aliexpress. They are ”factory dolls” aka fake blythe dolls but they are a lot more affordable and better for costums.
Your voice is so relaxing, if I may ask, where is your accent from? 😊
Nevermind, I see, Poland
thank you yes I'm from Poland
I did this step by step and now the top string won’t open the eyes. :( please help

I cannot get her eye lids off no matter how hard I pull 😢
Why do I need to do this??
It’s only if you want to customize the doll :)
