As soon as I saw the thumbnail and video title, I knew I had to watch this.
It's a damn shame that ZUN never used Rin for the final game of EoSD, as she would've been a cool addition to the game itself, but alas that never came to be.
However, I firmly believe that Rin Satsuki has unlimited potential in both the official games and fan works, I've seen her used in many fan projects and they're all interesting to me, hell, I just find her mysterious nature to be appealing, so much so that's she's probably my favorite touhou character to write, I've wrote a whole backstory and headcanon of her and everything, I've even wrote a story about her for the Touhou Fan Game Jam 9 and it was ranked 1st place for story/writing.
Needless to say, I just love the open-ended nature of her character, and she can be interpreted in many ways, and it would make sense, and that's awesome.
She truly is the MissingNo. of Touhou.

I'd love to see Rin Satsuki in Touhou, maybe one day if Zun makes a remake of Embodiment of Scarlet Devil, he could add her as a 3rd playable character, now that would be so cool!
