I want to preface this by saying... I have no idea what I'm talking about. I just wanna spout what's on my mind in case it's accidentally helpful somehow. Do you have a clear vision for your channel? Like, a clear picture of what you want to accomplish with your content? I know you like to yap, but like... that's not really a vision. For what purpose is there to your content? Is it to entertain? If so, why do you want to entertain people? How do you want to entertain people? What do you want from your audience? How do you want to reach out to them? Why do you want to reach out to them that way? I think... being a content creator is more complicated than just showing up and making content. I think the most successful content creators have something they want to accomplish as a content creator, and then they search for a path that allows them to reach that clear vision that they have for their channel. "I like to yap and I want people to watch," isn't a clear vision... as much as I love watching you yap sometimes. It's more of a desire... It's kinda like, if a musician said "I like to make music and I want people to listen." That's not really a vision. A vision for a musician would be like... "I want to create an album that captures the chaotic nature of day to day life for an audience of people that may be interested in that." idk what the equivalent of that would be for a yapper, but I think having something like that would be good for your channel. Some kind of clear direction you wanna push your channel towards. I personally don't have a clear vision for what I want to do with my channel either... I play video games that's about it for the moment. I like talking to people and sharing my experiences with games I enjoy with them, but that's not really a vision for my channel either. Being a content creator is hard, good luck to you man.

I find your shape shifting humorous 😂 it’s for the better in my opinion. That can work as a unique quirk for you. When you do it I don’t perceive it as annoying or soulless like when Mihoyo keeps rebranding instead of creating better monetization strategies.

Honestly i dont know what you can do. I feel like you should just try to make content you would also like to watch. I also fear that if you keep forcing yourself to make a certain type of content you will just burn out and loss the love you once had for it. Be it touhou or otherwise

It can be so twisted tho - I am from time to time force my friends to play with me at Touhou 9. And they did not like it much. It’s fine, but that is just nothing more for them but a silly arcade. And does that make them Touhou fans? Technically yes, cos they are played several times (and will continue, hehe) at one of the core games. But did they care much? Nah So, like author told - you are fan as long as you care about game/world/franchise or any related else. Or, you can buy a Cirno Fumo and still may tell people that you are do not care at all - it’s okay. “Be a fan” means is what is inside you in a first place, not outside
