Really good idea. I’ve made exactly one braided rug because it was so difficult to keep it even. I bet this would work great with a repositionable glue like Tombow Mono Multi. Really strong hold, but when it dries on the plastic, it would be slightly tacky and wouldn’t slip around on the floor!
I tried this. And it turned out amazing. Thank you for your vide. It does not stick to the plastic and it's easy. Usually when I try to make something I have seen it's not easy as it looks and I get frustrated. Again thank you for your video.
I love the rugs, thanks for the video! Can you please tell me what type of yarn works best, acrylic or wool. Also what weight yarn would you use for 1:12 scale? Thanks
In Australia we have craft glue, it dried clear like this glue. It also glues wood together. Do you think it would be suitable for the rugs. Also I love these rugs reminds me of the old rag rugs my mum would make when I was a kid
Thank you for sharing this video! How many squares per inch is your graph paper? I don’t have any right now, so I was hoping to print a sheet for use. 😀
I'm very new to this type of crafting. I've built several cabinets for my dollhouse, but I'd love to know which type of glue is used for these beautiful rugs. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!!
This is awesome, thank you so much! I've been having a hard time finding 1:6 scale rugs but thanks to your tutorial I can make my own!
Thank you so much for showing a great way to make rugs! I was daunted by the prospect of sewing them, but your way, I'm in!! :)
Thanks! I need a few of these for all the "doll houses" I've made! I'm glad there's no sewing!
This has to be the best tutorial for these rugs. Keep it up so close to 1k!!!
Wow, thank you! Working on dollhouse items for my kids & id probably zigzag stitch it on my machine & back it with felt for extra durability!
I love it. Thank you for sharing with us. Hoping to see more of your ideas.

Very nice. I'm surprised the glue doesn't stick to the plastic, but that's good to know. Thank you.
