In the wise words of Marie Kondo - this foundation did not spark joy for me! I hate when foundations don't work out since some don't understand reviews that aren't positive but honestly this was just a ok release for me. Great amount of shades but the formula just didn't give my skin the AHHHH HAAA moment. For the $$? I want a AHHH HAAA for at least 8 hours. Did you pick this up?

I did my review on the sample promo and didn’t think it was worth the price either!
Won’t be picking it up for myself; besides the high price, I have very dry skin and I doubt it would work well for that. Thanks for trying it out and being honest about the performance of it.

Sam! Your wear test review videos are MY. FAVORITE. to watch! But I was kinda wondering if it was possible to turn down the brightness of your studio lights?? It's a bit hard to see comparisons since everything is so washed out
I do apologize if it was harder to see. Still playing around with the new lens and my lighting settings. Sometimes what looks good to me is too strong for others! My lighting settings vary a lot depending on the day and even during since morning has a bit of natural light comboed in.

I feel like this is like the serum-y foundations everyone was coming out with a few years back. I’d like this for everyday, but $56 dollazzzz nah, thanks. Lol. I feel like I will get the same with any physician formula foundation for a fourth of the price.

The new dior forever is my new fav! Then nars natural radiant then beauty blender bounce. I used your wedding combo the other day nars with power play and they mixed so well! Will def wear it again together. I dont like power play on it's own but love it mixed.

You mentioned your nose was running and I have the same problem sometimes and narrowed it down to foundations and moisturizers being the culprit, as it would always start right after I put my makeup on and continue like I had a wet puppy nose all day.The maybeline fit me, the estee lauder powder foundation, and clean and clear moisturizer all have some thing im allergic too in them, I just dont know what for sure but I had to mention it to you in case thats the same for you .Youll know what to avoid in the future cause its not sexy and concidering were makeup girls just trying to look a little prettier in this life, a wet puppy nose all day, is not fair.I like your attitude and confidence and your videos totally help. thanx.

I got the same little sample size with my last Sephora order and I felt the same way about this foundation... I think it looks beautiful on camera, but in person I am not a huge fan enough for the price... This would be one of those special occasion foundation for me and I'm not willing to pay $56 for a special occasion photography foundation

I could not I mean could not get the nars foundation to work for me. I used the nars primer, different primers, different powders. Different methods. And nothing worked!! I will stick to my double wear never fails me never. And cheaper than this new release

It looks awful close-up without the ring light. I tried this on my hand in the store and it felt gross dried cakey matte and settled into every line. The shade range was also off for me.

It’s so weird how sometimes we’re the same shade and sometimes I’m lighter. Or like a few shades lighter. Our undertones are different but I’m definitely lighter than you! Lol. Foundation is hard sometimes
