I love aloe from the small Madagascar species bellatula to giants like marlothii, this one is quite spectacular with the red/copper colour.

Not rare at all, at least here in Southern CA. Waterwise Botanicals is one source. This is more red than most Aloe cameronii specimens due to greater sunlight (short of scorching).

The cold hardiness would make these Aloe cameronii ideal for South Carolina. I think I’ll have to order some online I haven’t noticed them locally. However, I think if I want to stress it I’d have to keep it in a pot so I can control the conditions more. We often get too much rain ☔️ for any outdoor succulent to be too stressed.🙂

It looks like those spray painted succulents they sell at the store but doesn't look horrible like them since it's natural

It's quite frost tender and easy to rot in a rainy bay area winter if not in fast draining soil. I have two and ..also slow growing-ha. Not much chance it will run rampant!

Is the Aloe Camaronii the only one that gives flowers like that?

I have like this one but the bottom half died don't know how to revive them

I had that happen too. It lost its roots. That seems to happen with aloes and the related genus, haworthia. I wish I knew why and how to prevent it. The odd thing is the plant/s look absolutely fine for months, regardless.

I don't believe there is such a plant, but if you're asking about Aloe cameronii, yes of course. For that matter, all aloes can be propagated.
