- Today I tried out the Bulgarian Program on Olympic Weightlifting by Greg Everett.
Program: Week 1 Monday
Snatch - Max for the day; 85% x1x8
Clean & Jerk - Max for the day; 85% x1x6
Front Squat - 85% x2x2
The gym looks sick. You’re a madman for trying this program out, even for a week lol. Best of luck!

Remember to take so much Dball that you see stars just from standing up and your urine looks like apple juice. Very crucial step.
