Something that day inside me broke emotionally because I thought i was stronger than that. No excuses or anything on my part, it just wasn't my day to get it done. Both at 525 and 535.

The sheer focus….commitment…and……resilience it’s refreshing to see it on another person trying to accomplish something of their liking. The face cam over was awesome just being able to see the determination in the eyes. How I feel when I succeed in my new maxes when I lift.
Same, I have never given my all/best in anything I do. That's my biggest obstacle, dancing, music and education I have always done just enough for me to be a bit more than average but I do have a yearning to be one of the best, at least to see my full potential.

That is true, I don't lift or go to gym but I was moving furniture when I read a news article about a 12-year-old girl who was raped by 40-year-old man. It made me so pissed and full of adrenaline that the heavier furniture suddenly wasn't all that heavy lol. Anger is definitely powerful.
