After I started watching your videos, the kitchen in my house has become mine and my wife loves me more than ever .. 😁 thank you Ranveer Brar, u r my guru!
I made Shimla Mirch Aloo, turned out so good. On the bonus side, my daughter and son made jeera aloo and felt that was one of the easiest recipe ever.enjoyed it with puri. Thank you!
Simplicity of these recipes is what makes RB great. We can have other chefs who show the fancy recipes many a times, which although look good on tv, but are not as tasty as simple ones. Plus these are the recipes which everyone can prepare easily with regularly available ingredients, are cheap and easy to cook
Ye ban gayi baat.. aloo-shimla mirch and hing aloo ki sabji, bringing magic to and from the basic ghar ka khana .. This receipe makes u God of home cooking 🙏
Chef RV is the best when it comes to explanations The recipe is simple the way we make but the way u present is spendid Looking forward for all ur recipes chef
I enjoy his food receipes along with History lessons about the origins of food. This shows how well he researches about food history and how this food became part of Indian cuisine. Very unique way to appreciate food.
He could become a millionaire tomorrow if he started selling T-shirts that said that on them. Millionaire. Tomorrow. Do it, Ranveerji. Don't say later we didn't tell you!!
My mom's jeera aloo always came with a generous dash of freshly ground black pepper ( slightly coarse). No haldi or red chilli or any other spice powder whatsoever. Aloo is the ultimate comfort food for those who love their carbs !
One cannot fake your love towards what you do, it would show up one way or the other. I see the passion, love and attention to detail in the way Ranveer ji does his cooking. I absolutely love it!

I prepared just as aapne bataya tha and never ever had such a aalo-shimla mirch Ranveer...just because of you. The best recipe in the world by the bestest chef and human. Love you. ❤

Made the jeera aloo yesterday for lunch. It tasted so good, loved the crust on the potatoes. Paired it with dal fry and missi roti. Thank you so much chef ❤️
I tried the aloo shimla recipe. Without onion garlic. Only ginger. And my special twist of garam masala. This recipe needs very little oil. Also I made tamatar mush. But it turned out soooo delicious. Omg! Jaise kehte hain, nazara aa gaya. Thank you sirji!
why am i addicted to your videos???? i guess the reason is that you are so informative and haste haste khana ban jaata hai... ranveer ne ye bataya tha...

We are Murshidabadi, West Bengal, my mother always cooking aloo, today I learned about origins planting was Chilli. Pls. Keep going. Thanks 🙏 Zz Immigrant Canadian, Canada 🇨🇦
Chef RB, thank you for this Shimla mirch Aloo recipe. I cooked it for dinner tonight and my son loved it. I told him that I tried a new recipe and he confirmed if it was my Chevorite Feff's recipe (something I said accidentally a month ago, instead of favorite chef). While I enjoy your restaurant style recipes, these regular home style recipes are a hit too. Often in our daily lives, we tend to cook a given vegetable in the same style and it becomes a rut. Your recipes help home cooks like me bring in much needed variety in our everyday cooking.
Great recipes presented by a handsome, intelligent chef. Love the way you get to know and share the history of foods..😇🌍 Bas aloo-shimla mirch mein namak kounse stage pe daalna hai yeh bataa dijiye please, so that we can try to make it exactly according to your recipe..
