आपकी जोधपुरी आलू की सब्जी बड़ी अच्छी लगी| हमारे रसोईघर (चौका) में सब्जी ऐसे ही बनती है| मैं आपसे पूर्णता सहमत हूं कि सहकारी भोजन में प्याज और लहसुन की जरूरत ही नहीं पड़ती| मैं 70 वर्ष का हो गया हूं आज तक हमारे चौके में किसी भी सब्जी में लहसुन और प्याज नहीं डाला गया है|
जो यह कहते हैं कि बगैर लहसुन और प्याज के सहकारी भोजन मैं स्वाद नहीं आता ने कभी भी बगैर प्याज और लहसुन का सहकारी भोजन खाया ही नहीं है| मेरी समझ में उनका जो ज्ञान है वह ढाबा रेस्टोरेंट में मिलने वाले भोजन का है| जिसमें वह लहसुन और प्याज इसलिए डालते हैं ताकि बाकी सामग्री का स्वाद उसके अंदर छुप जाए और मालूम ना पड़े की किस प्रकार और कितने दिन की पुरानी सब्जी सामग्री का प्रयोग किया गया है|

Good Morning Ranveer, i like your narration and strory telling in between your cooking, last day i am searching for good mushroom dishes but unable to find many only came up 2 dishes - kadhai mushroom, and chilli mushroom. please share more curry style of mushroom. i know u had given so many style of cooking paneer so can be replaced by mushroom but i believe the way u tell small small tip (way of prepare more tasty mushroom) that i will not find. thank you

I never used garlic in my life. 95% do not use onion.
Do not use tomatoes in all dishes.
