That WSR was trying to cover himself, his family and his regime that there’s NO way we could have harmed our FAVORITE Ogolla. That’s a way of asking the nation to STOP speculations. My family & I are clean and as white as snow.
Remember, I appointed someone who we knew right from day one that he wasn’t clean and after all he, himself confessed the conspiracy in our private meeting. I forgave him, appointed him and loved him ever since. My family also had found a great friend in him and the reason they’re all unstoppable when it comes coming out and bidding him goodbye. That’s why Charlene & Rachel are here today even if they didn’t have to.
Don’t forget Ruto is being pushed to corner by all of us. What happened to Ogolla? How come coz generals retire they don’t die? Why was his chopper changed the last minute? You’ve heard that people are demanding full investigations.
I strongly believe that this is the main reason He and his family should be at the forefront to see if they could succeed in convincing Kenyans to put aside their speculations and move on. That’s my take
Reasonable view. But I remember thinking, back in May 2023, that Ruto should have avoided talking about that saga of overturning of IEBC results when referring to Ogolla. That, or he shouldn't have appointed him at all. Otherwise, he's telling the military (and the public at large), that he's appointing a questionable character as CDF. I don't think that's good for the excellence of the military. But Ruto being a politician and wanting to get credit, just had to publicly accuse him. When he's already dead, that's when Duale comes in with more details to in an attempt to remove the burden of Ruto's public accusation on the general's name.

I have read this with great interest @wycliffe. I am not a Bible scholar but I have always submitted myself to being taught and learning widely. What you share, has its parallel in the Old Testament. I will just pull what is of use, a nation cried they wanted a 👑 King so that they could also be validated as other historical nations that had this form of Leadership.
