A security personnel always refers from the notes before he takes any action Ogolla couldn't engage on inspection of bandits and school programs. Those are the duties left for his juniors and related arms of the government.. Let me wrap it up and say he was like stupid boy carrying basket full of gold not knowing the values and challenges ahead.. Since he did nothing to protect himself how could you expect him to protect the entire nation. Warning don't go for higher positions if you don't understand who you're why going for further education and when you come back you act like fool doing nothing you can't help yourself and even your people. What are you implying? Do you know how many crashes happen in the US? We lose a lot of servicemen and women every year due to helicopter crashes. Being well trained/experienced is only a small fraction of flying safely. There are very many variables including the condition of the aircraft, weather, topography, mental health/fatigue etc. We shouldn’t be too quick to form opinions.
