How To Be Successful In Life: 8 Principles to Success That Actually Work:
In this video, I share 8 principles to becoming a successful person in life. These principles are laid out in the book "How To Get From Where You Are To Where You Want To Be" by Jack Canfield. This is not a summary of the book but rather an overview of the most important principles that will help you succeed in life.

In my language (Romanian) we say "whatever God gives to you, he will not put it in your bag" (means that you have to do your part by going to get whatever He has in store for you).
In Italy (where l lived for many years) they say "who sleeps will catch no fish"😊 (chi dorme non piglia pesci)

    Excellent comments.
I am now taking small steps to improve my environment. I have asked many people for
their help, and the response has been either silence or a flat out NO, because they are busy.
    Rejection hurts.
I am improving my home environment a little at a time, but on my own.
It is most important to be surrounded by a pleasant atmosphere where you feel relaxed.
I control my ways on how to dress better.
I am not a young lady like you; I am a lady of age, and I don't stop trying. There is no place to find folks my age from whom I can learn... I depend on what you teach, on what I read; I depend on visualizing myself as a better person already. I dress with my best, and by repairing my home the best that I can within my means. I am a retired lady with low income, but I continue to improve everyday. I have control of my person. I take small steps into a brighter tomorrow, but I am missing the friends I would like to have around me.
Very difficult to find the right people.

"God helps those who help themselves." Is one that I frequently hear.

Blue/cool tones look amazing on you!! And thank you for this video, I struggled with mental health issues. and I coped in the “right” ways, but there was still a gap between just being able to manage/function (go to uni, pass classes) vs. achieving more (going after co-ops, do part time job, the “extra” stuff) I’m starting to understand it’s bc my family also has mental health struggles so I felt like nothing is doable, nothing is good enough, and everything is always a struggle. I’m still working through this mindset but I’m using this videos to help “reparent” myself to achieve and succeed now at 21

For this reason, It's important to have a solid support structure (financial consultant) to guide you through especially in asset picking. I operate with (Alexandra Diana Jose) a consultant who partners with a licensed wealth management firm. For the record, the experience has been the best for my finance. Hi Jamila, I have been a fan of yours since 2020. currently, I'm in my 4th year of college as an Industrial Engineering student. I had a hard time writing my solo thesis, and since then, I doubted myself; this year, it wasn't as good as last year. Many of my batchmates have already graduated, and most of them have a career now; while here, I'm still struggling with my solo thesis, and at some point, I started to compare myself to them. I know it is not an excellent way to build up my confidence and my self-trust, but as a young adult, it is tough for me, especially since I've been through a lot; since I started college, I faced a lot of rejections and up until this day in terms of my thesis. But after watching your vlog about how to be successful, it changed my mindset and what strikes me is the part where you shared your way of dealing with rejection. I tend to make it personal whenever I experience rejection from my professors, and somehow it develops my anxieties, and I start to compare myself to anyone. But after watching your vlog, it helped me on how to deal with rejection in a way that I wouldn't end up comparing myself simply because I made it personal. I know that my problem is tiny compared to others, especially in making my way up to become a successful person. Still, somehow this video will always be on my mind, and I even take notes of it so that when I start my career, I will always look at it. Thank you for sharing this video, and thank you for being an inspiration to young women. Keep safe!

I am 5 ft tall. I have always looked younger than my age. Now I am 74 and everyone thinks I am under 50. Be very grateful you look younger. Age will come in time. I was able to get child pricing until age 36! I got asked for ID until age 55! You will learn to love it. Wear older clothing now to look your age That may help. At 40 I married a 25 year old man. We are still happy after 34 years! Accept your looks because you will benefit as you get older.
