When should we start prioritise our goals? After 31 days. At something, I realised jamila said we have to continue this writing down until become a habit like brushing. So , my question is, we start prioritising goals while writing our next month goals?
This video was like a sign when i saw it, because im trying to achieve lots of wishes, but somehow i didnt know how to start. So this video have a very strong impact, in notice that once you want something, it starting to be present in diferents ways. Thank you Jamila for this ✨

Doing this 30 day challenge is a good idea so thank you for featuring it. It sets us up to invest in what we really want. I often write goals, but don’t actually know what’s most important to me on a daily basis and therefore just stick with the old goals that I set because I once found them important.
I watched this video yesterday and as a stationary lover, had a mental note to but a spiral notebook. An hour later my brother came to visit and out of no where asked me if I wanted a notebook! I asked him is it spiral and he says yes and hands me the most gorgeous spiral notebook/planner I have ever seen. This must be a sign to follow my dreams. Love you Jamilah.

You are 100% correct that writing, especially with a nice ink pen, on spiral notebook pages, is a great way to keep the concepts congealed in one's mind. Using handwriting uses many senses. The more senses we use, the more we can retain what we try to learn or remember. Goals are important and must be realistic as you say. I am retired over 15 years now but I set goals and use spiral notebooks daily in studying the Thai language, taking notes for what I learn in news, my hobbies and interests, etc. Thank you again!

Thank you. 1. Best to do it immediately 2. You first prioritize your goals then actions 3. For doing the task or making a list of actions? That depends on your goal. It is very individual. Something like buying a pair of flats vs. a house requires different amount of effort and time.

I have a question. How does one find what you really want to do or find what one is good at naturally. Let’s say fashion brand or studying English to be an IELTS teacher or a News Broadcaster they’re opposing things but I happen to love both and cannot leave one entirely to focus completely on the other. Can you please give any tips how to find one’s true and correct path. I am a little confused about something. After the 31 day challenge and all my dreams and goals are written down; do I go back over every one of those goals/ dreams and prioritize them all? Or is it day 32 and I just prioritize the goals of day 32? I hope you can understand what I'm asking. But I'm just a bit confused.
Privacy is power. Do not share your goals or anything else that is important to you with anyone. Other people will sabotage you. Keep silent! Your results will speak for itself.
