    "Bernardo Faria is a 5x World Champion. Bernardo started training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Juiz de Fora - MG, Brazil at the age of 14 in 2001.       Ive never seen anyone grab their own leg to keep the opponent from removing the foot in the hip.
      The demonstration of the leverage difference between keeping their knee pointed outwards vs letting it point upwards (allowing them to stand) was also fairly unique in terms of demos Ive seen
