What if they go to their hands and dont try to get fully up? Just trying to pass the single X with peeling the outside foot with one hand and posting with the another
I have tried it a few times only in drills and I dont like it. I feel like I am going to get punched in the face or worse. I think its just for sports BJJ and not MMA. I hate these silly positions and refuse to learn them. I only care about Guard, HG, Side MT, MT and Back MT

That’s when I like to attack the toe hold. I rarely get the sub but if I don’t I’ll get the sweep
