I just made an ice cream strawberries and banana. Crush the fruit, add 1 tin 394 grams of condensed milk. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 2 teaspoons strawberry essence. Optional a 2 drops rose colour .Mix everything together. Set it in the refrigerator.Whip 500 ml heavy cream until stiff peaks. Add it to the mixture we placed in the refrigerator little by little. Place in the freezer for minimum 8 hours and it's ready. Delicious

Das ist ein ganz tolles Rezept. Ich persönlich empfinde rohes Eigelb im Eis immer als problematisch wegen den Salmonellen. Auch wenn man es auftaut und wieder einfriert wird es umso problematischer denn man kann ja oft nicht alles auf einmal essen. Ich habe daher Dein Rezept ohne Eigelb ausprobiert und es schmeckt ganz genauso gut. Man vermisst das Eigelb überhaupt nicht und dieser manchmal etwas störende Lecithin-Geschmack ist auch nicht vorhanden. Auch die Konsistenz ist dank der Kondensmilch, der Sahne und des Ricotta trotzdem mehr als cremig. Danke für die tolle Rezeptidee. ❤❤❤

You could just cook the peaches on the stove with some corn starch and make a peach pudding. I can't do frozen because of my spleen, so I've been experimenting with pudding. Made one out of blueberry pie filling but also can't do dairy, so I make my own oat/ flax milk to make pudding. I use bananas to make pudding too, particularly good as a chocolate/ peanut butter pudding. One banana = ~ 1/4 cup of sugar, just use less milk for the pudding. I totally think bananas would work in an ice cream.
