  • Our specialty foods and cheese curator, John Nava, takes you on a quick tour of our market in the Stanford Shopping Center in episode 3 of "What's New at Sigona's." Highlighted items include Domori Fine Chocolate made in Italy, fresh Rise & Puff tortillas made locally by M&P Gastronomy in Menlo Park, Vicolo sourdough crust pizzas made locally in San Francisco and, finally, a cheese called Belper Knolle. It's a 13-15 week aged cheese covered in garlic, salt and pepper. It's perfect for shaving over a pasta or meat dish for added flavor.
