She ought to be very proud of herself this is such a great accomplishment. Congratulations enjoy it and it came out awesome! I can sew I’m no seamstress i am a beginner you have inspired me to make curtains. Your kids are sweet it was family time they were good because they were getting all the attention they needed awesome parenting.
You did a really good job with your sewing. I’ve been sewing for almost 40 years. My mom learned to be a seamstress from college. I see what your saying about your sewing but it is still a really good job. You will get better the more you sew. Don’t poo poo it too much, especially when showing people. Focus on the overall stunning great job you did instead. You basically got yourself a brand new custom camper and probably saved thousands of dollars! It’s great you let the kids hang around while you work, it will encourage them to follow in your footsteps. Keep up the good work and enjoy yourself!
Amazing job & great idea to use peel&stick!!! I think you did a great job with the sewing too. I'm currently looking for a pop up trailer to redo with my kids so its so comforting to see it can be done well DIY and in a reasonable budget. Thanks for all the great tips.
Its really lovely well done. We have just purchased a really old Coleman Missouri tent trailer that was imported from the US to the UK in the early 80's so you have given me some really good ideas ❤
im going to do mine in a camouflage greens and browns! just kidding! great job looks fantastic love the floor and some great ideas! im redoing my 1985 jayco! a great way to enjoy the family outings! im a grandpa and my kids just love hanging out in the pop up! stay safe!
So fun! I grew up camping in a pop-up and those are some of the sweetest memories of my life. We got a pop-up again last year and decided to renovate it, too. It was a lot of fun (still gotta post the final video here if it ever stops raining 😣). Great job!
Looks great! My wife is trying to convince me to buy one of these....I'm not convinced on the idea yet so I turned to youtube for some insight on these
You should do it! I grew up camping in a pop up and those are some of the sweetest memories I have. We got one again last year and redid it if you're looking for more inspo.
I just got an ancient Rio Grande. It was headed to the junk yard. the last owners totally raped the inside and took everything that was useful including the air condition. They put big metal square on top and another middle square underneath which pushed the ceiling in.😢 It will be fantastic someday 🤠. As good as yours! When is watch a few easy, install zipper videos, and you will be a professional instantly.😅 I get all of my sticky plastic for counters and super cute material on Temu for an incredibly low price you just have to wait two weeks to get it and being on Social Security that really works for me.👍 Don’t forget to change your bearings in the wheels and get new tires and always have lots of fun and take pictures🎉
Y'all did an amazing job on the camper. It really looks nice. We are a fulltime traveling family of five. We are getting ready to redo our kitchen and dining/living area. Can you please tell me what kind of primer and paint you used on your cabinets? Great remodel video.
I had a Jayco 1207 back in the 80's & 90's and it had a toilet and shower. I loved mine. Used it all the time. The cassette was easy to dump. And I was real popular with my Churches singles group campouts with the ladies when we went camping. They loved being able to shower and clean up in private over using a public campground bathroom. I had lot of mods done to it too! I preferred to cook outside in the screened in porch to keep cooking grease and cooked foods smells out of my sheets and clothes. Bought a table that had a built in sink in it and used it to cook on with my campers stove moved outside. I added a propane line and hot and cold water lines to that table in the screened in porch. You have some nice mods, and you will enjoy doing more as you find what you need.
You are lucky to have a toilet and shower set as where we camp you need to have portable potties as we stay on the beaches in Western Australia where toilets and showers aren’t available
Looks great! We just bought a pop up and I’m excited to refresh it! I love the floors you chose, do you mind sharing what type they are or a link to purchase? Thanks!
If you add music, PLEASE be sure it’s not as LOUD as this again! It was way too hard to enjoy - your voice was quiet and then the music blew my ears out...
Thank you for the ideas on your camper we are the 50s generation and loved your ideas. If you have a bubble in the contact, pierce with a pin and press down ,it will stop bubbles. Regards Richard Weir in Australia.
I was subscribed but had to unsubscribe. Every time you begin the background music, it blows one of my ears off. Then I have to stop and go find it. Sucks stepping on it in the middle of the night. Like stepping on a slug.
Hahaha... you did a fantastic job on the curtains. You may not be a seamstress.. but you the patience of a saint! What a great pop-up camper..❤️
Love your video EXCEPT for the quiet voices and SCREAMING LOUD music. Your camper looks amazing.

Y’all did a good job
Pretty 😍 color
You are lucky to have a toilet and shower set as where we camp you need to have portable potties as we stay on the beaches in Western Australia where toilets and showers aren’t available
Love it 🎉
Love what yall did and it was an inspiration on my popup but that music had to be muted.
Awesome job
Paint the ac. White. Just buy the 1 $ can of spray paint. I did in my ac in our current motor home. Getting ready to remodel the kitchen.
What a great job! When we going camping ⛺️?
Looks great! We just bought a pop up and I’m excited to refresh it! I love the floors you chose, do you mind sharing what type they are or a link to purchase? Thanks!

What color of Gray is that on the cabinets? Love it!!
Now that a couple yrs have gone by, how has the peel n stick flooring held up?
Just as good as the day we put them in!
The floor looks great. What is the background sound?
Beautiful remodel! Redoing ours in September! Are y’all from AL? Talladega is about an hour from us!
It's so much fun! Yes! We're just a couple hours away!
RayDays Blog awesome! We’re in Shelby county! What floors did you put in?
Awesome! I can't remember the exact brand but they came from home Depot!
Did you buy the tabs to hang the curtains of so where did you purcase them
No I cut the old ones off and used them!
Are those peel and stick floors water resistant. I I have that cassette shower and use it boondocking all the time. 2007 Jayco Select 12 Highwall.
Yes! So far so good but I do like to out down a towel just in case when we use the shower!
So you keep borrowing it like a free loader
Have you thought about rebuilding the seats and table and anything that isn’t useful?
We use the seats and table quite often and it's also an extra bed if needed!
Where did you buy your flooring from? Im trying to look for something like this for my camper!
From Home Depot!
@@UncuratedMotherhood thank you very much loved the video, first video I've seen that I was trying to look for what I wanted so thank you
No problem! Thank you for watching! They sell them in boxes and it only too one whole box for our floor! Very inexpensive!
I need to redo mine. Did you peel off the old floor first b4 applying the new peel on?
Nope! Just right over the old floor!
Adjust the volume of your music to the voices on the videos!
100 %👩 for video this helps /if do not understand [women ]
Ahhhh the old, why buy the cow trip huh lol
No stove???
It's under the table!
What brand and model pop up is that
2001 Palomino Mustang
What kind of cabinet paint did u use
Regular eggshell paint!
Your glasses looks bug eye. But looks good on you.
What's wrong with the 80s and 90s?
She named her dog before her kids
To be fair I had her before my kids 😂
If you add music, PLEASE be sure it’s not as LOUD as this again! It was way too hard to enjoy - your voice was quiet and then the music blew my ears out...
Bubbles!
Thank you for the ideas on your camper we are the 50s generation and loved your ideas. If you have a bubble in the contact, pierce with a pin and press down ,it will stop bubbles. Regards Richard Weir in Australia.
Ps one day we will go and get a campervan.
I was subscribed but had to unsubscribe. Every time you begin the background music, it blows one of my ears off. Then I have to stop and go find it. Sucks stepping on it in the middle of the night. Like stepping on a slug.
Sorry, cant get past the selfie stick, annoying glasses, and excessive mouth movement. And the music. No thumbs, just not my thing.
