blueberries
1tsp corn flour
2 tbsp caster sugar
100-150g icing sugar
1tsp vanilla extract

I have NEVER seen or knew about a pitless peach though. Are those native to the UK? Those blueberries were HUGE and MUCH bigger than the ones we have here in Georgia. How was your holiday? What brand of vanilla do you use? I have yet to run into a brand here that is thick like that one. I would love a thicker, richer vanilla extract for baking!
I use the new Dr Oetker one! I love it as it's much thicker than the normal vanilla extract! I always wanted a thicker one too!
