I think a bit of sugar would be good in the crust as well: different from a normal crust in the USA. I will have to try this with nectarines or any summer fruit like you said. Thanks for sharing!

Hi Raquel..No I didnt brush this one with an egg wash..but you can certainly do that! It just came out of the oven lightly browned on its own. Then I dusted it with powdered sugar. Thanks so much for watching! It was yummy!
