    All of these look so good!! Is soy milk unhealthy in large amounts like tofu is, or is is different?

      Thank you glad you like the recipes 😊. I'm of course not a soy expert. But I did do some research on soy and my conclusion is that soy milk and tofu should both be fine unless consumed in extreme quantities. So one glass a day should be fine. Hope this helps.

      I try my best to eat as healthy as possible. But unhealthier meals from time to time are also definitely welcome 😋.

    That's how humans should eat. Not the croissant, redbull and a cigarette for breakfast 😂 much love for this one

    Do you switch up meals often? Or is this every day?

      I do switch up meals often. It is important to eat different types of food to get all your vitamins in. I repeat most recipes around twice a month. Hope this helps 😊.

    I decided to eat more protein and I can only hit 40gm protein a day.... that too 28gms come from pea protein isolate .... 😢 ...
    Hitting my head 120 times is easier than hitting 120gm protein everyday 😢

      Well don't hit your head 😱. And protein powders are the easiest way to increase proteïne intake. Maybe you can put more of the powder into your shake. Other foods with high protein are tofu, edamame, seitan, tempeh, nutritional yeast, pasta, soba noodles, beans, lentils, chickpeas and nuts. Perhaps you can put more of those into your meals. Hope this helps 😊.

    Should I use a full bottle of BBQ sauce or should it be almost empty?

    • @KimchiCooking
      @KimchiCooking  Рік тому +1

      Definitely not one that is almost empty. The tempeh should have a nice layer of BBQ sauce 😋.

    What I want to know is how you eat a whole block of Tempeh! it tastes horrible :(

    • @KimchiCooking
      @KimchiCooking  10 місяців тому

      It really depends on how you make the Tempeh. The key is to slice the Tempeh into small pieces and bake it until it's golden brown. You can also bake the tempeh in the oven. If you don't bake it long enough the Tempeh will have a bitter taste. The marinade or sauce will also make a big difference. I like to use BBQ sauce or sweet Soy sauce. Hope this helps :)!
