    Ughh, this looks so delicious and refreshing - especially now that the weather is starting to warm up a bit, at least where I am. I also love the base of soba noodles and edamame, which are really some of the unsung heroes of the nutrition world, I feel. I guess edamame may be a bit more popular, though.     This looks absolutely delicious. I've never cooked with plantains before, so I really appreciate the on-screen notes. Also, I was so surprised when you introduced the peanut butter! That's so creative. Does it matter what sort of peanut butter we use? Typically, I use natural creamy peanut butter, and yours looks similar. Also, it's a small thing, perhaps, but I appreciate you showing how to eat it. Maybe it's just my neurodivergent butt being silly, but it's just nice to know the process xD ^^;;

      Glad you like the recipe 😊. I also use a creamy peanut butter in the video. But you can use any peanut butter you like. And this peanut butter soup is actually a traditional Surinamese dish. They also eat a similar soup in some African countries. Traditionally it is made with meat, so this is my vegan version of the soup.

    • @KimchiCooking
      @KimchiCooking 11 місяців тому

      It really depends on how you make the Tempeh. The key is to slice the Tempeh into small pieces and bake it until it's golden brown. You can also bake the tempeh in the oven. If you don't bake it long enough the Tempeh will have a bitter taste. The marinade or sauce will also make a big difference. I like to use BBQ sauce or sweet Soy sauce. Hope this helps :)!
