That Ranger is a work horse . With the 2.3 you get mid 20s gas mileage . No thrills but years of reliability. Seems to not rust as bad as the S10’s also.
Absolutely:gM (&Stellantis/Fiat included)are all about rust
At copart the last digit of the lot number is the year it was picked up. That truck was picked ups in 2023.

I have a 2010 ranger just like thst but manual transmission I paid 200$ for with a 9$ water valve thst was broke and the shop told him his motor was bad. I spent maybe 200$ fixing and a tuneup. It even had 4 new tires. I love it and had it 3 years and it’s just a loyal lil truck. Mine had 187000 miles when I got it. It has 210000 on it now.

i just bought a 2019 GMC 3500HD with 77K on it, LOVE IT! AND... that audio in the GMC is the bottom of the barrel crap audio. 80K truck, $20 amp and crossover...LOL what were they thinking.
They were thinking that they are not in the audio business.
Also Ram/Fiat are not built to last
IDK the bose audio in my 2018 SLT sounds good. No, it doesn't go crazy loud, but sounds good. So does the Bose in my 2006 Yukon Denali.
@@MrOleaI have a 14 High Country and an 06 3500 both with Bose and idk I think the older Bose sounds better. It’s louder, better bass and packs a harder punch than the newer one

Randy, when you mentioned the truck maker with the small, V8-Cummins Diesel, that was Nissan with their Titan XD Diesel (2015-2019). It was a 5.0 Liter Cummins V8 Diesel backed up by an Aisin 6-Speed Automatic Transmission. From what i have learned while assisting my friend with countless warranty issues on his 2017 Titan XD Platinum Reserve Diesel is that you either were very, very fortunate to get one with minimal problems -- or you got one like his that has a constant laundry list of problems many of which are repetitious. He purchased his truck new in August of 2017, and it has less than 40,000 miles on it today and is on its third replacement turbo, I have lost count on the number of times that it has been back to the dealer for ECM re-flashes to "remedy" driveability issues, it has experienced multiple complete brake failures without warning related to the specialized power booster system used on its brakes (entire master cylinder replaced once by warranty and advised by dealer that cost for part alone if not under warranty would be over $5,500), and it has had nothing but issues with its emission control system from day one -- emergency regen with the limp home mode has been triggered countless times. Today, as an orphaned vehicle, it is difficult to find a Nissan dealer who can provide service acceptable to the extended warranty company (as sold by the Nissan dealer) as they insist the dealer must have a "Diesel Certified" Technician on staff before they will approve paying a warranty claim. For the last warranty service, it took calling around to four dealerships before finding one who still had one Diesel Certifice Technician who could handle the warranty claim.
The Maverick with the tow package can tow 5000 pounds I believe.
4000 is the tow limit for tow package. I have one and use it towing close to the limit all the time, no issues at all.
Please start looking into more 97-03 f150 I still remember the red one you bought years ago and that 2000 F-150 Harley Davidson. Now those were fun videos to watch 🙂🙂

Once you show that big light on the back, I had to see it turned on , you played with everything but you never touched the toggle switches lol I was dying to see that big old light lit up It looked LED and it's probably crazy bright and it might even move lol😢

The maverick hybrid gets an amazing 40mpg… so it’s a mid 20’s crew cab truck.. that gets 40 MPG… that’s why they are so popular

The Maverick will make for a good truck for somebody. Dinged up a bit, but otherwise fine. Replace the windshield and you’re good to go. And since it’s not an FX-4, it has the sport mode selection for the drive mode. That cool. For the right price, the Mav will be a great knockabout beater go have fun truck.

That GMC looks like it's been used in a ram raid. Damage is very consistent with going through doors and then reversing back through again. It would explain why both tail lights are smashed and all the light scuffing on the front.
It's hard to tell because of the video being a little blurry, but the color on the Maverick

Hello Randy. The GMC AT4 is a good looking truck even though it's got some damage to it in different places. The GMC Sierra is a good looking truck even though it's got front end damage to the drivers side wheel and tire.

It wasn't long ago that a one owner Toyota pickup hit the 1 million mile mark and it still looked and ran great.
If I remember correctly, Toyota gave the guy a brand new pickup, and they wanted to take his old one apart
and analyze all the components to see how they held up...
The couldn't believe how well the parts had held up, especially the engine. That's a pretty good testimonial...
I don't know specifically if Toyata had a Cummins, but Nissan did with their HD model.

nissan used the v8 cummins.. junk.. alot of issues because of emissions stuff tho, caused serious black goo buildup in the intake etc.. thats a ford freakin ranger!!!

In brazil almost all the trucks it is diesel because the gasoline price is so damn high! I had a L200 Mitsubishi diesel and Toyota Hilux diesel…..and here I have my ram 1500 HEMI!

I smoke weed in my car but avoid the lingering smell! I don't like it, I crack the windows and make sure vent is off so smell goes away quick! I will never understand why these consumers do this shit. I like my car smelling clean and looking new.
