Loved seeing all your plans for 2024, and it's looking like such a similar story to me! In the past year I've gone from 2 or 3 WIPs to around 8 or 9 and I have a ridiculous amount planned for next year 😂 I soooo want to do the quaker flag SAL but I've just spotted another SAL that I want to do even more...and I already have the Shannon Christine mugs to do. I was supposed to be filming my WIP parade and 2024 plans today but I feel rather rubbish with a cold so maybe tomorrow 🤞 I have a feeling that when I say it all out loud on video I am going to realise just how crazy it is 😂 Like you I hope to just roll with it and see how much I can do, and enjoy every stitch 😄
I’m so glad to hear I’m not alone this year! It’s so hard when you want to stitch all the things but you know there’s not enough time 😟. So yes, we’ll both hope for the best and see what happens. I hope you got over your cold and feel much better now 🥰

I like the Wales flag, if I were to do one, I would chose this one, although I am Romanian. But most of all I love the Cottage Garden sal, that Santa's House is so delicate and jolly, I will look it up, one to stitch would be reasonable for me. Happy stitching and Merry Christmas!
Yes the Wales flag would look great stitched! My grandmother was Welsh so I enjoy looking at it.. but I already have 3 of the flags now (I bought 2 more after this video!!), so I have enough to keep me busy. Those houses look so pretty, I can’t wait to see the others. They released no. 2 The Castle the other day and I love that one too 🥰

That’s the thing I love the most, is that you don’t have to do these SALs at the very beginning, you can always do it later on in your own time and you have the benefit of seeing the finished look too so you can decide how you want to do it. There are several on there too choose from but the one I chose just jumped out at me. Still have a lot of planning to do re fabric choices but looking forward to it. I hope you do the mugs… they are soooo darn cute 🥰

@@TheFlosstubeStitcher 😂 I noticed that when I rotate out of a craft and I comeback to it again…. I am a better crafter than before. I also crochet but leaving it alone due to my wrist. With cross stitch it doesn’t seem to bother me as bad as crocheting. 🧶 I can handle only 1 or 2 rows on an afghan. Which means it would take me a year to do something that use to take a few weeks to a month to complete. You guessed it I would get bored and not crochet it
I'm getting the Cottage Garden patterns. I'm not sure what my plans is for them yet. I'm definitely going to be looking into the flag sal, I love a Quaker. So fun to hear your plans. You may be ambitious, but you won't accomplish big things if you don't dream big. I love it! Merry Christmas!!

Oh I love her designs! Yes she posted them on her Facebook group and also on Instagram. You just need to be a member of either group. Scroll through the posts and you should be able to find them. She posted one per day. Save the photo and print or download it. Let me know if you have any issues 🥰

What don’t you put a little back stitch on the marshmallows on the mug project. Just to give it a bit more contrast
