I love your Jacobean biscornu. Rose of Sharon is wonderful. Your mom most love it! I really like the Christmas mug series, but I don't do Santas because I want Jesus to be the most important part of Christmas. After next year, I will probably stitch several of them or maybe make a set of 9 of my favorite. Is it odd stitching wintery Christmas projects when your Christmas is in summer? Fairy Garden is awesome. So much lovely stitching. I am looking forward to seeing your stitching in 2024.❤
Thank you so much! Yes it is a bit strange stitching winter projects but it’s difficult to find other ones that I like. I was lucky to see snow for Christmas when I visited USA in 2012/2013 so I look at the ones I’ve done as a reminder of that visit. I do still wish we had the traditional white Christmas like in the movies and not the super hot summery one 🥵

I just loved your wip parade ❤. They have to make you guys an australian design for the on the rooftop design with having a barbecue at the beach and all the australian ways of celebrating Christmas. I just had visitors at my home from Perth and they told me all about it and the Christmas songs with you. I don’t know anything in my life right now that bring me so much joy and happiness by being a grandma besides crosstitch haha. Carolyn, on the Shannon Christine items, which 32 count opalescent belfast linen did you use. I am trying to purchase it but they have raw linen, white linen, etc. I love what you have used.
Oh it’s the Raw/Opalescent Belfast Linen that I use. I’ve never tried the white one but I hope to one day as I’m sure it’s just as pretty. No good for Shannon’s mug SAL though as there’s a lot of white stitches which you won’t see.

As always I came away from your video better than when I started it. I really enjoy your videos. I am wondering how you organize/store or keep track of your floss for multiple project? I have two going and wanted to start a winter or Christmas one. I gave up trying to wrap my head around all the floss for 3 projects. So now I haven’t worked on any since Halloween . I’m sure your busy but maybe you can help. If not I get it. Thanks so much for your video just by being you.
Thank you so much! I keep my floss for each project in separate floss boxes (bobbin boxes) that are labeled with the project name on the outside. This year I am starting several projects that only have a few colors, so I’ve found a small floss box and used 1-2 sections per project. I’ve been able to fit 4 or 5 projects in the one box doing it this way. Bigger projects I use a whole box or even two as they have so many colors.
