This is a easy and delicious recipe, inspired by the Pioneer Woman on the Food Network, but modified to be keto friendly. This is great for a week night meals and is very versatile, you could even use a rotisserie chicken to save time. You get all the flavors of Chicken Cordon Bleu but without the labor intensive prep required for the regular dish. It's sure to be a hit with the entire family. Tip if you don't like the taste of almond flour in everything keto like me( plus it costs alot) I use grated pork rinds and parmesan cheese as a bread crumb or bread topping substitute in my meals.😊
You can cut the carb count down and increase healthier fats by using Gruyere Cheese. Ima make this with the Gruyere Cheese and see how it comes out cause I like that more pungent flavor of the Gruyere Cheese.

You can put blue cheese into it if you’d like… You can use any cheese you like for that matter… But classic chicken Cordon Bleu is made with either Swiss cheese or Gruyere. Thanks for watching😊
