I like how most songs in this game uses the sounds of the environment in the music. Mining Melancholy = Pickaxe and metal sounds Disco Train = Screaming people on rollercoaster Forest Interlude = Birds and nature sounds Ship Deck = Water and ship creaking Ship Mast = Wind and rain Lockjaw = Water slushing Hot Head Hop = Lava bubbling Bayou Boogie = Swamp insect sounds Stickerbush Symphony = Heavenly choir
This is the best song in DKC2, therefore the best song on the Super Nintendo, and maybe video games as a whole. Perhaps even the best song ever composed
Wow that's crisp. The clanging, all the percussion, the subtle hammering throughout the track, it's all so beautifully clear here. And the chanting from 1:24 on is so much more audible here, I absolutely love this
Excelent use of stereo. I thought something was missing when hearing with one ear, then i put the other phone. Perfection. The snes original makes great use of stereo so this is expected for such a meticulous recreation.
everybody says Stickerbush is the best track of DKC2 but I disagree. Mining Melancholy is the best for me, Stickerbush being right behind it. The chanting part gives me chills to this very day!
Can you restore a sound effect of the K-O-N-G Letters by Nimaginendo Games by using FL Studio to make it sound like a Early-Mid 1980's Skywalker Sound sound effect by Ben Burtt pretty please with bananas on top ua-cam.com/video/mWEFoEgA9Ig/v-deo.htmlsi=rppu6aw43PvpbTz_

Why do people think the disco train sound effect is people screaming? It’s a firecracker being launched upwards.

How is it best in DKC2 and then the console you can play it on? The cartridge has the game on it and not the Super Nintendo entertainment system.
@@KinoparapinoHe means DKC2 has the best soundtrack on all of the SNES. Since MM is the best of the best, it makes it the best song on the SNES.
saying its the best song in the snes library is a pretty big statement but it's certainly up there

it got high frequencies
Hands down the best song in the game for me and that's a tall order since all the songs in this game are great.
Doing the lord's work. The nostalgia from these songs constantly has me hyped for the next restoration. Amazing job as always.
This made my day! Really channeling that autumn energy for me. Happy Thanksgiving!
Most beautiful video game music of all time is ,sticker bush symphony, forest interlude, aquatic ambience, Lily cove.
Excelent use of stereo. I thought something was missing when hearing with one ear, then i put the other phone. Perfection. The snes original makes great use of stereo so this is expected for such a meticulous recreation.
Wow this is one heck of an improvement. 👍👍✨Long Live Jammin’ Sam Miller!
What a jam, Sam! 🎶
What a great gift on Thanksgiving!! Thankful for you Sam!!
Happy Thanksgiving!
Such a banger! Nice man.
My brother and I always imagined the choir part to be the chant of the miners as they work day and night in the mines.
Obrigado por me trazer esse sentimento gostoso de nostalgia.
Great work man 👍👍👍👍
Every time you make these. I wanna replay the game
Blessed channel
Absolutely incredible
How this got only 356 likes and 44 comments?

Think you can do some restoration of the music from Megaman X1-3?
Do we get a forest interlude 2024? 😊
Thank you for this amazing restoration! Is there any chance that DKC2 will get a vinyl pressing too, someday?
Glad you like it! The vinyl pressing is out here lightintheattic.net/products/donkey-kong-country-ost-2-recreated

This is great! Thanks for providing a FLAC file. Also, will you ever restore the Game Boy Advance version of the DKC3 OST?
If I find the samples. Many of them still elude me
@@JamminSamMiller Thank you!
