Well done bro, I'm 3 weeks in and I'm not sure I'll ever go back on standard diet, will see. Currently on a fat loss diet, slow one, but other health issues seem to go away, hopefully forever!
Thank you!! My symptoms sound like yours, and I was thinking of giving up, but I’ll keep pushing through, hoping that like your experience, mine will get better too!
Very good video, thanks for the information Andrea. I have been considering going carnivore plenty of times but I think this video made the final leap. I'm going to do some more research and who knows, maybe I'll let you know in the future how it's going. have a blessed day all
Maltese Carnivore from Mgarr here 💪 down 19kg in 4 months and now working to bulk up my loose skin I'm on my 5th month and I've finally removed even my seasonings and spices. I only use Himalayan salt and clarified butter. I take the milk protein from boiling the butter and use it as meat rubs and it tastes amazing. I dropped caffeine myself, but we're all different so there's no shame in it if you do. Keep up at it!
What can I do if I can’t afford the red meat such as steak, I can afford 500g chicken breast a with eggs, cheese and supplements but is it enough tho ? That’s the main reason why I’m not on carnivore diet
If at this stage you are not able to buy red meat, try sticking to an unprocessed diet. Better start like this till you are in a better position. An unprocessed diet will still put you far ahead and it might be cheaper than carnivore
I'm 2 days in the carnivore coming from eating everything. But im loosing muscle tho on carnivore, im taking in meat and fat, thinking of bringing in low carbs but zero vegetables because the body cant digest them at all. Dont eat any sugar or junk. Its really hard.
Rump steak is disgusting and too lean for the carnivore diet. I’ll give you a tip to save you money and get tasty beef. Get your butcher to mince half brisket and half chuck, make burgers or how ever you want to use the ground beef. tastes 100 times better and saves you heaps of money
I started keto for 2 months before carnivore myself. You can definitely see a huge difference between normal diet and keto. Weight loss is about the same rate personally, but the inflammation difference between carnivore and keto is huge. My psoriasis cleared up completely thanks to Carnivore, in keto, it was more or less the same as standard diet
@@adrianmartinez1587 I’ve noticed the same . I’ve done both several times - I usually start with keto and progress to carnivore. I was injured and let myself go but now I’m doing it again and it’s falling off and I already feel much better . I’m not a normal person though I’ve got a ton of injuries from combat and 9 years in the Middle East . Here’s hoping it all works well again .
@@johnneill5960 i wish you luck man, and although I'm not from the states, thank you for your service. I'm soon gonna be month 6 into carnivore and I've lost 21kg (55lbs i think), 40 of those pounds were from month 1-3, my weight loss has slowed down as I've started strength training to fill up all that lose skin.
@@andreacinii I buy trays of 5-8lbs and can easily get them at $4/lb of beef or $3, and $3 for bacon, so I'm basically eating for about $10/day in California! I know I'm getting spoiled but so far I don't see why spend more than that.

Carnivore diet is better than a junk food diet. However, compared to a diet with a wide variety of unprocessed plant foods, a carnivore diet is too low in fibre, too high in animal fat, is prodding the kidney disease, cardio vascular disease, cancer risk factors. It's your body and your life. You eat what you want. I'll eat what I want. I prefer to get my physical activity from things that earn me money or save me money. Such as renovating my home, servicing my cars.
Indeed so, most likely after the next few months I will switch to an animal based diet, but will start including some fibre. I respect that, keep it up! Everyone has their own reasons for doing what they do and it is important to form your own opinion/decision.
I lost 40 lbs in 3 months. 5’9” male 210-170lb. Retained muscle (construction work) no exercise yet, my body needed to heal. I was going to a chiropractor weekly. If I missed an appt I wouldn’t be able to walk for a few days. I am thankful for finding this info and not consuming any sugar.
I am further 4x into carnivore diet than you currently. I don't think salt is an issue at all. Just salt to taste and drink water when you are thirsty. I think you identified it is more important to get your fat intake right. I use 2gns per kilo of ideal lean body mass for my protein needs so I don't go too far over. Professor Bart-kay's YT channel has some good info on all that stuff. I will link it as a reply.
Thank you for your video, I think sharing your experience with help others. I have been about 95% Carnivore for the past six years now with many health benefits.

no. red meat is perfect because it is high in extremely nutritious fats, which chicken is not going to provide you
