    Yes!! We loved it and want MORE POWER PILATES!!!!! I’m always surprised how challenging Pilates moves are…. And how they work your entire body yet give you such a relaxing peaceful feeling… leaving you feeling strong and empowered!!!! MORE PLEASE!!❤️❤️❤️❤️… thankyou AMY!!!

    My brain struggled a bit to figure out some of those moves but that’s totally a me issue! 🤣 If I couldn’t figure it out, I just did bird dogs. Hot mess, but I showed up! 🙋🏼‍♀️

    Yes! I loved this. My core was burning on that superman hold combo! My right leg talks to me sometimes because of an old injury but this was great to strengthen it in a gentle way after a tough week! I feel relaxed and energized! Thank you for all the modifications! I always know I can show up and make it work! 💜

    This was perfect added light weights to most movements and some bands. This challenge is amazing and helps keep me accountable!!

    It was hard & challenging for me. I love Pilates and would definitely want more, sort of intermediate level. You showed all the modifications here in this advanced version so I could do it. The flow was fantastic and I really enjoyed it! Thanks Amy!

    I was surprised how much I was sweating with this one! I really enjoyed using the lightweights. Felt great on my hips and my core definitely felt it as well.

    This was awesome! I did it yesterday, and I am really feeling my triceps today- more than when I do weights. (Although o was using 2 lb. for this workout). Thanks again!💪

    I'm a couple of days behind but the timing was perfect for this recovery session! In Sydney we are finally back to group sports after months of lockdown and I am hurting from yesterday's first class back in the dojo 😅 Thanks for keeping it real Amy 😍

    Bear plank "Cat/Cow" = WOW
    While I really liked this workout and would do it again, for sure, I wouldn't really call it Pilates or even Power Pilates. I kept my core "zipped" the whole time because I know to but I still didn't feel like my core was on fire.

    I feel like this should have been called mobility pilates. I didn't expect to spend so much time stretching.
