    Really LOVE this format ! It flew by and OOH it was a BURNER with the weights. Love the combination of mat Pilates with weights and mobility and I even worked up a little sweat. Would LOVE to do more of this . FANTASTIC workout and I’m feeling good. Thank-u Amy u are AMAZING!

    Ok, this workout was GENIUS!! I loved the light weights, all mat (no standing) and the mix of burn and mobility. I'll return to this one often!

    Wow that was great, definitely felt the burn. I usually stick to the weights workouts but I'm going to be doing more pilates now and I'm sure I'll be revisiting this one in particular. I'd like to see more pilates with weights work outs

    My past passion for Pilates has now officially been relit 🧨♨️
    This is everything I love about Pilates in one session. Mat Pilates!!❤ I just simply have not been able to find a class like this for quite sometime.
    Thank you, Amy!!! This is so perfect and I loved every second of it. Challenging for sure, muscles BURNING bigtime but so effective!! Personally, my body responds to this type of movement more then anything else. And my knee doesn't scream at me😂

    My favorite Pilates workout, gotta keep this in the rotation. It absolutely knocked out the tenderness in my SI joint and I will come back to it again and again to maintain a pain free lower back. Thanks again, Amy

    This was definitely a burn workout! I liked having the option of the weights, so I could drop them if needed. I love Pilates and this version was great!

    Wow, yes definitely feel the burn! Started with weights but quickly changed to body weight! Loved working our legs in that way! Would love to see more of that! TY!

    Amy - I loved that Pilates workout! I have never done Pilates with weights before and it was SO good! I had done your Amplify with dumb bells first, then this Pilates - what a super combination to do. Many thanks for doing these for us and coming up with such good combinations all the time!!

    I really liked this one. Never done Pilates and I honestly usually just skip to the strength and heavier weights workouts but this was really nice for a change and didn’t expect it to burn so much!

    This was great for an active recovery day after a HIIT yesterday! I did speed up playback to 1.05x and it was perfect that way for me. Thanks Amy!

    I definitely felt the burn, especially on some of those core moves. My heart rate was even up at the end. I used my light 4 lb weights throughout and felt challenged but certainly everything was doable.
