    Never underestimate the power of a shot Bodyfit by Amy workout. WowZer! I'm sweating, shaking and energized as well as body tired. Thanks Amy. I liked this fun fast and furious workout. I like workouts to be mixed up and not all th same but with familiar moves. Loved it!

    Love this length of workout! I'm a busy mom, as I know you are too. Finding time for a workout over 30 minutes long is tough.

    I love the shorter workouts because then I have the option to add on if I have the time. Plus the shorter ones seem to pack a lot in and I feel like I get a great workout! This was another good one that I really enjoyed! 🤩

    Excellent Amy - you fit in a lot in the time and felt like I worked as hard as 40 mins.
    I prefer the shorter workout - thank you 🎉

    Trying to get back into workouts after probably more than 3 months of not doing anything (besides life). Good workout to get back into it. I went lighter than I probably could have. Still felt it. Still did it. Feeling grateful my body remembers how to move!!

    Loved it. Tough and challenging. The 25 minute workouts are a little short so I tend to do two back-to-back which works well.

    I piggy back your workout on my starter workout of 30 minutes. It's always good to just follow and do the moves instead of thinking about what I got to do. Also keeps my technique in check. Cheers

    I love the 25x25! Definitely feeling this one all over. Wasn't able to do the bridge bc of a bruised patellar tendon, but still felt the burn with mods.

    Love that lunge to hamstring stretch in the warm-up! That was new to me. Felt good!
