Cop in last story (in Georgia) read off card to driver that her BAC could not be above “0.08 grams”! It should be “0.08 %.” It is impossible to measure the quantity of anything in absolute terms such as grams. It is only measured in %.

On top of all this, the power company sent a bill for $45,000 for an emergency crew on double time to restore electricity in the early hours of Sunday morning, plus another crew with crane to replace the pole on Monday. She was still paying monthly instalments to the power company 4 years later.
In the first case: WHY are THEY BOTH debating for so long, trying to narrow down if she did in fact babysit his kids, as if that will automatically equal a get out of jail free card!!?
She said she had video of their kids, I think if someone like her said that, I would want to make sure nothing else weird or bad was going on, you know?

Almost every single FST, the driver takes more than the 9 steps. And doesn’t understand heel to toe. I’ll be honest though - I’ve tried these tests in my living room 💯 sober, and I’ve failed miserably.

The conditions was we could bathe and eat before we left for the day to return at six for preaching and dinner to spend the night in one room on one double bed and bedding on the floor. We were not helped in anyway no money no food stamps no help fixing my car or getting a job believe me we were back on the streets o
