I heard Tom say he loves his little food processor that he has had forever well I have the same little food processor that I've had forever and I love it❤
@@marysewitsky4823maybe it was more feedback than a complaint? I know to be ready to mute it for a minute because I do have sensory issues since my cancer treatments so I can understand where they’re coming from. What I don’t understand is bagging on people with physical differences being disrespected on a wholesome video. Take the ableism somewhere else, please and thank you.
Yes, sensitive ears. It’s a real thing even if you don’t believe it. I don’t complain or give that kind of feedback and I don’t see a reason to since I’m always ready with the mute button. You being unkind to people with different challenges than you (ableism) is worse.
I'm going to make these to take to a family early Thanksgiving on Sunday. But I think I will make a few changes. I'm going to make them into a cake pop. Use sticks in them. And also I think I might roll them in sprinkles. The kids will like that.
I saw it obviously before I got mine but I was very surprised at how BIG the book is!!!! I’ve bought one other cookbook from a UA-cam person and I paid 24$ for it, it is right around 125 pages long. THIS masterpiece is SOOO long, TONS of great recipes, lots I’m excited to make for the upcoming holiday season! **** WAIT, TOM OR MELISSA, ARE YOU GUYS PLANNING ANOTHER 12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS TREATS LIKE LAST YEAR??? I LOVED YOUR CANDIES AND SWEETS THAT YOU DID!!! Maybe you could focus on some no bake quick candies that we could add to our cookie plates?? Just an idea, I’m sure you guys have already thought of all this lol. Anyway, thank you again for the AWESOME cookbook, I love mine!! ❤
What a nice little treat! A few in a decorative candy bag tied with a nice ribbon will make a wonderful "favor" to give to guests as they leave your home after the holiday dinner.
I like all those kitchen noises because I like how you take us through all parts of the process. I also really love how you encourage folks to make recipes their own. I'm not a huge fan of white chocolate, it's a bit sweet for me, so I'd probably opt to dip them in dark chocolate. As for the puddle/foot, I know there are ways you can sit these on a rack to make them "prettier", but some folks, like me, really like that part, so I encourage the way you did them. I nibble off that part first, and then I go in for the big bite. Thanks for another great video.
We appreciate your comment of support. These dipped in dark chocolate would be really delicious. We've shared these with some friends, and we are getting rave reviews. They are so good and definitely a great flavor of fall.
These look interesting as well as very tasty - I will have to give them a try. Tom - why wouldn't chocolate Oreo cookies or even melted dark or light chocolate to dip them in would not work since chocolate goes with most baking? Some fine ground pecan in the filling would be good too. As you might notice, I like switching things up at times. lol
That’s a recipe that comes out every year around this time, I think they’re just called Oreo balls but it’s exactly the same, just done with chocolate Oreos ❤
These sound so good and relatively easy. So it’s another much try recipe. Such a good lil treat to share.. Thank you for all your efforts to bring us these wonderful recipes. God bless you. ❤ I almost forgot. I hope you got the goodie I sent you.
Sounds yummy! Thinking on using the cinnamon covered graham crackers, and add some candied pecans roughly chopped up for the topping. Maybe I’ll try rolling the pumpkin mix in the cinnamon graham cracker crumble, dip this into the white chocolate, then sprinkle the top with the chopped up candied pecans. Ooh! I think this is going to become a Thanksgiving favorite! Thank you for the recipe!
These sound so good. Our family loves pumpkin so will be a great treat for my Christmas candy boxes. ❤😊 thank you for your videos. I love easy quick recipes especially during the holidays.
Autumn season really has the most tasty recipes and these pumpkin pie balls look so good! I’ve been making cake and cookie balls for years and my grown daughters loved helping me back in the day. They especially enjoyed the gingerbread flavored cake balls using ginger snap cookies coated in white chocolate, and mmm love ‘em!!! Will definitely be making these, thanks and God bless you Tom and Melissa! ❤
I made these oreo balls but used gluten free gold oreos and regular chocolate since I had that already. They were a big hit. Thanks for your great videos and the cookbook is becoming my go to choice.
New sub here. Love this presentation and your methods of teaching. You're my hubby's new favorite too since he's now retired and really likes to cook. Bless you and Melissa from the Show Me State.
I see this, and imagine how good they must taste. Then I think, I wonder how they would be dipped in dark chocolate (probably not as pretty, but…?) And then, even though you said not to (just as I was thinking it 😂😂) I wondered how they would be with the regular Oreos! I might have to make all three and compare! 😁
Oh Yummy Yummy Yummy I Love pumpkin rolls and I know I would love pumpkin pie Oreo ball's ❤they look 👀👀👀 absolutely delicious 😋 Thank You So Much ❤️ You Guy's have a blessed night I Love You Guy's ❤
I absolutely love your videos. I plan on making your Heavenly Chocolate Cake and was wondering could I use a 9×13 cake instead of the 2 round cake pans
Sure, you could do anything you’d like, off the top of my head I’m thinking cherry using a bit of the juice and chop up some dried maraschino cherries into little pieces. You could use zest and do orange or lemon…wonder what would happen if you pulverized either lemon or orange candy into sand and mixed in some of that for flavor? You could always do mint. Pretty much could do any flavor at all using that flavored oils people use to make candy, you know, the little tiny bottles, starts with an L, like Loran’s or something. Or peanut butter, use the chocolate/peanut butter Oreos for that one. Raspberry might be fun too, wonder what would happen if you grind up Dehydrated fruits to put in there?? It all sounds great to me!! Ohh, one more…how about sprinkles and birthday cake flavoring, my daughter would pick those:). ❤
Hello Tom and Melissa. I love your videos. I'm 77 and you make good stuff that I've never cooked or baked .. I live in Texas ,but my home is Alabama.. Hope you have a good Thanksgiving its almost here God bless
A suggestion is have chocolate on a double boiler on as low as possible to keep melted as you dip . Seems like the drip takes time and this could be time consuming and choc will def need remelting several times
Yummy. These look delicious. Love most anything pumpkin. Finger's crossed you all will do the 12 days of Christmas again this year. Have a great weekend.
Funny,I bought a fall/Thanksgiving disposable bowl 2 years ago,but didn't use it. My family all bring part of dinner.I make Mom's sage dressing, not for the new bowl. Think these will be perfect. My sister makes our Mom's homemade chicken & noodles & only for Thanksgiving. Yum
My daughter (whom I’m almost certain was exchanged at birth with a little alien from a different galaxy!) hates graham crackers - but loves everything creamed cheese. This looks like a great recipe to make for her. Thanks!
Hi Tom and Melissa. These looks so good. My question is I don't usually keep pumpkin pie spice but I do have the cinnamon, ginger, and cloves. If I was to substitute the pie spice with the regular spices, how much would I use of each? Thank you. Great as usual. Have a blessed day
To get 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice, use ¾ teaspoon cinnamon and ¼ teaspoon ginger, allspice, cloves or nutmeg, whatever you have. If you have two of the above spices, use ½ teaspoon cinnamon and ¼ teaspoon of whichever two spices you do have. This option also allows you to go a little heavier or lighter on some spices if you do or don't like them.
I love this it sounds so good. I can't use chocolate so I will dip them in condensed milk instead. Chocolate doesn't agree with my body too well. I wonder how they would taste with coconut flakes also instead of graham flakes.
Has someone really complained about the noises in kitchen? How silly of them. A noisy kitchen is a happy kitchen. By the way, I baked up those peanut butter bars and they didn’t last more than an hour. My “boys” gobbled them up. Thanks for yet another yummy recipe.
So you think people with sensory issues are silly? It is a real thing and you should be grateful you don’t have to deal with it. I do have to deal with it and it’s not pleasant. I have severe tinnitus and have constant loud buzzing in my ears- it never goes away. Sometimes it’s pulsating. I have low tolerance to loud noises and high pitched sounds. Before you call people “silly”, I suggest you educate yourself and realize there are other people with issues you may have never heard of.
This looks yummy! Definitely gonna make. I was wondering if you think the lemon Oreo sandwich cookies would work for this too? I also wanted to know where you got your little dipping fork. Thank you ! Love your channel!❤
I heard Tom say he loves his little food processor that he has had forever well I have the same little food processor that I've had forever and I love it❤
I have the same one, too. It’s a Sunbeam Oskar. I call him “my little Oskar”! He’s mighty strong 💪!
Sensitive ears....... Really? Unreal. This is a cooking show not a funeral. Love your show. Keep cooking
I absolutely am cracking up at your comment sister!!! Love it ..this is a good cooking channel not funeral!! You are awesome love you God bless!
I do not understand people complaining on cooking sounds. Another channel is always apologizing for cooking sounds

I just sent this to my niece. She makes Oreo Truffles for her co-workers every Christmas, so I knew she'd love this recipe.
Tom and Melissa, I just received your cookbook and I absolutely love it. Thank you both for your hard work on such a big project. Kathy Ut.❤😊

I make mint Oreos balls using Mint Oreos . This sounds good too!
"If you insist" lol You 2 are so cute.
What a nice little treat! A few in a decorative candy bag tied with a nice ribbon will make a wonderful "favor" to give to guests as they leave your home after the holiday dinner.
I really need to make these. I think I will let my granddaughter help me with these.

It’s kinda his trademark at this point, isn’t it! :)
Melissa I forgot to wish you a happy birthday when Tom was making that cake and thanks for sharing this recipe here you guys are awesome

Sounds yummy. If you do not like pumpkin, do you have a suggestion to use something else in place of it? Love your recipes!

Does condensed milk solidify?
