Sorry about the quality. Used the wife’s phone and have no clue what I’m doing. Links to stuff below 🤙🏻 JBL BASSPRO 12: a.co/d/7M4vc9A Wiring Kit: a.co/d/26d2XHL
Correction: when you install your sound system always make sure to disconnect the positive wire from the battery to make sure that you dont start a fire when you work with electrical system, its important to note when disconnecting the negative terminal first could short out when you connect that back in Always disconnect the positive first before working with your electrical system and refrain from touchin the negative (Ground) cord from your batteries
UPDATE: A good ground is Crucial! Do NOT ground to that seat bolt that I mentioned, it's weak and you only get half output from the sub, sand the paint and run a little screw somewhere in that same area!
I tapped the door speakers, if your head unit has line out ports then definitely use those instead. This tutorial is just for those who dont want to touch the head unit
Nope, i use the bass adjustment in the stereo menu. I just made sure to set it to max when i adjusted my gain. (The wire for the remote had a bad connector on one end so I went w/o)
Nice install! I recently did one too. As a tip, it's good to use wire loom to protect the part of the wire in the engine bay.
The black cable housing thing? I was wondering what that was for 👍🏻
How would you wire the signal in an st3? Would you be able to run signal from the audio wiring from the stock Sub?

Yeah mine amp keeps turning off from the seat bolt
Messure of the box?
does it have to be both speakers or one works? thanks
So how do it turn on and off if you dont have remote wire??
It turns on when the car turns on
Do you need a line output converter. I have everything wired up exactly like this video and my rear speakers don’t work and the sub doesn’t work
Hmmm weird, did you somehow sever the wires to your door speakers? 😬 i do not have a line output converter
On the speaker wire for the signal on the door panel which one is positive and which one is negative ? On the brown wires ? 🙏🏼
Are you asking about the front door or back door?
No remote wire?
No I control it through the head unit. I just set the bass setting to max when i set the gain.
yo where did you find that wire diagarm? cant find shi for my 2016 se
Forumns 🤷♂️
Do I need to Connect the audio wires with the door speakers or can I use the two round audio connections?
