Maintenance is 1 thing.. The jam is worst.. They have been fixing the road for dunno how many months on off.. From sirim to this exact location is 3-5 min before but now.... Sometimes took me 1 hour during peak hour.. My house is 1 min from this project.. Thinking bout purchase 1 but too much common facilities, the maintenance gonna kill me

I love the surroundings and close proximity to a lot of places, including towards Bukit Jalil/Puchong via Lebuhraya Bukit Jalil, Putrajaya/Cyberjaya/Bangi via Equine/Sri Kembangan. However I would like to know the maintenance fees of this project since there are lots of facilities need to properly maintain for long run.
Although the hackable wall is a nice touch, but I suspect once you remove the wall you ll have issue with the missing tiles on the floor. Then it becomes an ID issue to resolve 🤔

I visited the showroom few months ago. The price is attractive and is low density, but for some reasons I decided not to go for it. The showroom alone is weird as It didn't show the actual windows but only an open hole. Hence I was unable to justify the material and quality of the windows and sliding door. Secondly, as Sean mentioned, there are huge pylons/ HTC along the road while driving to this project which you just can't miss it. Hence, the experience of driving is unpleasant. I guess the price has factored in all these. Since I m looking for own stay, is a no no for me.

As a buyer of their soon to VP project for this developer (Bliss residence at old klang road), what I can say is their customer service is really sucks. Can't judge the built quality etc yet but that will be soon
Not a good location as lots of landslide here , CARS cannot turn to PUJ 3 and those working toward airport will struggle. Its a small land only. People will struggle with jam. Accident prone area . I better buy at bukit Jalil area. Road Safety is very poor here.
Road already pack on weekdays. When this project done, people will park their car on the main road and cause more headache.

Well sun travels from east to west, so it’s pretty difficult to completely shade one house lah. If it’s a room with one orientation then most likely.
