Great video Katha! I agree that radiant heat is by far superior for comfort! I have a propane boiler and cast iron radiators in my 100 year old farm house but I rarely run it due to costs of propane- it is a very efficient boiler, but it is much cheaper for me to run my forced air geothermal unit for heating and cooling
As someone living in England but built houses in Canada I prefer forced air for the benefit of drying the air and filtering of the air to reduce the amount of dust, mould and allergens. My houses had a HEPA electronic air filter and a well engineered modern system is very quietly. Nothing makes me laugh more than an English home or building with a window open in the winter.
