Good information. I like how the neighborhood has various floorplans and looks. The area looks inviting and not the dreaded cookie cutter designs that look dated within a decade. They proved an efficient design and home doesn't need to cost seven figures.
Thank you very much, Ronnie! 🙏 Your comments have always been encouraging. For how long? Two years now? I need better equipment to improve the audio for these events… Hope you are doing well!
Hey there, he means "Water-to-air in ducted systems". My bad, I didn't catch the missing space, in case you were watching with subtitles. I fixed it. So, they use geothermal, a water tank, and air-forced heat distribution via ductwork. Thank you so much for catching that! 🙏
@@NetZeroTech - Thanks for the response. That makes sense. BTW, I watched a number of your videos and many others before installing a GSHP system in my existing home which has hydronic radiant floors. We also installed a heat pump domestic water heater and a heat pump dryer. No natural gas to the house anymore, and our solar produces more electricity than we use. Keep up the great work!
Thank you very much, Adam! 🙏 I really appreciate it! Congratulations on the GSHP and hydronic radiant floors! 🎉🎊🚀 That is the best combination imo, if you have the time to pay it down.
Excellent
Good video.
Thank you! 🙏

I fully agree. It’s interesting to me that they are still affordable being so customized.

Awesome info! Colorado is one of the nation leaders in green energy. Hoping we can bring Arizona and Texas along as well.
Yes, I hope so too! Hope you are well, Dane!
I'm curious about the use of the term "Induction" related to the ground-source heat pump. What does that mean?
