The books this time around:
Charlton Heston by Marc Eliot
Birds of Prey by Pete Dunne
The Whole Art of Detection by Lyndsay Faye
Kahlil Gibran: Beyond Borders by Jean Gilbran & Kahlil Gibran
Phenomena by Annie Jacobsen
Birds of Prey looks good! I just finished Isabella of Castile by Giles Tremlett and my next read will be A Room of One's Own by Virginia Woolf.
I have been trying to read that V. Woolf for a few months now. It's so short and yet every time I start, I don't finish. I hope you do better than me with it.
I'll be reading Shogun by James Clavell.
The Men Who Stare at Goats :-)
Finished today the first book in The Dresden Files series, might read tomorrow a prequel Welcome to Jungle and then continue with the second book. Not much left to finish Lords of the North in The Saxon Stories series
I was planning on reading "Who Censorered Roger Rabbit" and at least one short story by the lovely J.D Estrada. But then I got book mail and so the list got quite a bit longer. I'm hoping to read "Queen of Fashion" by Caroline Weber and "A Good Place To Hide" by Peter Grose
I'm a J. D. Estrada fan too :-)
just add The Whole Art of Detection: Lost Mysteries of Sherlock Holmes by Lyndsay Faye to my wish list, because I love Sherlock Holmes stories or at least the original ones ,
working through the second volume of James Kaplan's biography on Frank Sinatra
