As a veteran USAF crew chief on the F-15 C&D models I can assure anyone watching this is one of the best F-15 demos I’ve seen.

@@sidv4615 there’s a weight difference between the 2. Being 1 is Air Superiority single seat and the other multi role 2 seat. So yes, it can be but to anyone watching them do a demo we wouldn’t visually see it.
That demo was aggressive as frig. I miss the Strike Eagle demo :(

Man I miss this beautiful eagle. Bring back the f 15 demos plsss. I remember this show, I was eleven years old then. Now I'm 19 lol. I really miss the good ol days of the airshows, when they had several jet demos instead of just one or two if lucky. But it seems like we're heading back in that direction

The fighter mafia was so bad ass they were able to put such a large jet together with no special features such as thrust vectoring that was so highly maneuverable and capable. To think they aren’t even really pushing this jet to anywhere near its real limits for an air show.
This was my first airshow, SO AWESOME! Too bad I had crappy seats...

Love all your videos. My pops took me to see the Tbirds at Hanscom AFB when I was 4, have been hooked ever since. I'm 40 now and wish I had done something with aviation instead of being a mailman! TOO MANY AIRSHOWS ARE NEVER ENOUGH.

I got to go down ik the runway and meet Major Mike "Cash" Meader and Watch the F-15 from the runway it was awesome
The energy this jet is able to maintain even after narrow turns and acrobatics is just amazing. Certainly nothing else in the US arsenal can match it in that regard. I don't even think the Raptor can keep up in that respect .

Basically all fighters in USAF maintain better energy after max rate turn. The raptor, viper, even the C model before their airframe got the 7.5G limit after they got old, all maintain better energy. Don't be silly. This is a A-G priority aircraft with a lot of added weight even flying clean, if equally trained pilots flying all these models, the mudhen don't stand a chance.

Gee that airfield sure looks familiar 👍 that's the airfield I fell in love with airplanes. My first airshow, the first tour opening with the F-22.
I will say though, the Viper demos are outstanding. They don't pull a lazy 5 gs they are full-on 9 and fast. I remember them turning around before the end of the runway. They'd dive live a gun run then pull up as hard as they could and scream back to 10,000ft
its vintage and stuff like that i can agree music to loud but when it comes to fast jets music motivates u and its awesom and there loud anyway music is not a problem when that happens.

This plane comes in heavy, loaded with bombs and fuel, drops it's bombs and tanks and then it's the greatest air superiority fighter in the world. It's the greatest plane ever built.

On a side note, I really wish they'd stop the crappy music in the background at airshows. The aircraft sound amazing and we don't need the epileptic switching of garbage rock! Don't you think so?

Why not just remove the CFTs for demos like this?
Because there already was an Eagle demo? People come to see the Strike Eagle. Also, the CFTs are not easily removable... And clearly do not degrade performance. This is a combat configured aircraft and that's the whole point of watching it. If you want to see stripped down, there are other acts for that.

"excellent turn capabilities" (proceeds to pull a 300m radius turn while the Su27 can literally out turn a Fokker DR1 at 400 kmh and a Mustang at 700kmh
As a DR1 pilot, I can absolutely 100000% assure you that nothing, absolutely nothing at all under the sun powered by a jet engine, can come anywhere remotely close to the turning radius of the tri plane. I can turn tighter than some large pickup trucks.
@@blakebaker830 well with thrust vectoring engine you can turn at zero airspeed and therefore on the spot, so yes, there are several jets out there that can outturn a DR1.
@@xyzaero I guarantee you there is absolutely no jet that can tail a DR1 through any turn, based on momentum alone. They cannot fly nearly as slow, nor do they have the nose authority. It's fine to vector your thrust, but in order to fly you have to maintain some kind of forward momentum for lift. These heavy jets stall as speed 30-40 mph faster than my absolute top speed. There is no way bound by physics on Earth they can turn as tight.
@@blakebaker830 well you can do this with 3D TV .. no Problem. Turning on the Spot with zero airspeed is much better than a DR1 ;-)

this is a Strike Eagle, they are getting old. In 2007 the Canadian CF-18s had to stand in for 2 weeks while the F-15s in Alaska were grounded due to a structural issue.
hoghogwild its not because its getting old.İts because this is E model.E models are not for air to air.
If you listen closely and check out other demos they pull 9gs not 5.
