Stationed there 97-00 with 335FS. We didn't have roofed buildings, out in the rain working on avionics, they always flew so much better in the desert for this very reason!

I miss the old strike eagle demo, it and the original eagle's demos were POWERFUL, atleast the F-35 carries on the legacy of the high power demo.

@@TheKusa5 100%, The Strafe Pass and Bomb Pass Maneuvers were insanely aggressive.
@@M66X it is; but the strike eagle is just awesome to see. Sure the Raptor is a flying computer but the Mudhen is just brute force

I remember when I was a kid through the 90's when these boys would fly over our house just above the trees in pairs. Dunno if they've changed the flight paths since then or not, but I never see them flying that low anymore. Been out on base many times as well as my aunt and uncle were stationed there. Miss the old days.

I have been asked to build some Air Force 1/72nd scale models for a local Museum in my hometown and I am doing an F15E Strike Eagle in memory of of one my fellow club member who was stationed a Seymour Johnson Air Force Base.
He was a Fuel Specialist and passed away from Cancer 4 years ago.

There was 3, Eagle East, West, And Strike Eagle Demo. Eagle East Ended in like 2006, Eagle West Ended in 2009, And Strike Eagle Demo Got Disbanded in 2011 because significant defense budget cuts forced the USAF to make the difficult decision of grounding all demonstration teams but the F-22 demo team and the Thunderbirds.

F15E engines in full afterburner are the closest sound to a rocket engine I’ve ever heard. Just can’t imagine the dose of reality that hits you when you first strap into an F15.

Holy moly, overload is right, was that all in 1 day ? Don't care for the solid color tails, hope that is temporary.
Um I thought I seen UFO's and butterflies were around too but my phone camera could not see the UFO's because well I'm having great difficulty explaining this anyway they flying in formation all day doing barrel rolls the same way the air force does and I even seen a formation pattern like the DNA 🧬 pattern the strangest thing is nobody else could see not even my phone's camera and this going on all day from I'm sitting right now I am still having great difficulty explaining this but in my head I am able to understand it does not scare me I find it rather relieving and occasionally exciting I don't like the use of excuses because that still does not explain it and also dislike using crime as a example of what could happened with abductions I believe they were saved from what they may not of known and might be under some hypnosis from being with far greater technology and medicology sorry I'm just having greater difficulties explaining and writing this down something blocks my thinking or something but I seen what I seen I've had more experiences with a couple of friends but they don't respond I even had to carry my girlfriend my shoulders running back to where I was staying at the time and still have difficulties explaining it and mostly keep it to myself as people get crazy and start arguments and can sometimes escalate into a fight that I have no time for or want for
