Will this work on a 2009 F150 FX4 just like it did on your 2012?? Have read where the 09-10’s won’t start if this is done with a 11+ cluster. Lmk cause I really want to do this.
As far as I am aware it should work. I have not heard of anyone having issues with truck with swapping a cluster because it's just a simple plug and play. The only thing I have heard of is not having the proper mileage such as in my case. Just in case I would call your local dealership and ask to be on the safe side bud. Let me know what you find out, I'm curious to know
@@jonathancaubble12 no problem bud. Just make sure your steering wheel has the proper controls on the left side otherwise the screen would be useless because you wont be able to toggle through it
So your just kind of pulling the switch out of the wheel? Does the dealer clear the TPS fault and other things my truck doesnt have equipt or can I use forscan?
I have a 2011 Ford f150. My needle for the miles per hour gauge fell off inside the cluster lol. My question is. I have found a couple of used ones relatively cheap with different mileages. If I replace this one with one of those, everything else will work correctly? Someone mentioned that my keys will have to be reprogrammed, but I didn't see you mention that in your video. Thanks in advance for your help!
So I notice your stock cluster is like mine here it has D321 and the one you installed has Dm21, does the M still act like 3rd gear, that been the only thing topping me from upgrading my cluster I thought because I don’t have manua shifting option it wouldn’t work

Mine was just plug and play, the only thing needed to change was the mileage but the dealership would not do it for me, they claimed it was illegal to change the mileage so they recommended me to find someone on the outside but I haven't gotten around to it yet

How much does the dealer charge to have it recalibrated?
They’re both analog
One just has an additional digital display
What year is your truck and what year did the panel come from
Did you have to have the cluster reprogramed
Did you end up fixing the mileage. I know you mention Ford dealer couldn’t do it. If you did fit it where and how much.

I've been told that people with 09-11 have to have the truck programmed for the cluster to work, mine is a 2012 so I didnt have that issue

I have an 2009 f150 xlt super cab can i swap my gauge cluster with one that comes off a 2014 f150 xlt will it work or does it have to be reprogrammed
Some people have told me that they had to have theirs reprogrammed, but I personally did not have to, for me it was simply plug and play

I have no idea bud, I'm not too familiar with the sport track interior, but based on what I've seen I dont believe it will work

Negative, I spoke with the dealership and they said they couldn't do it so I haven't given it much effort to have it corrected

Yes, easy remove and unplug old controls and plug in new ones took 5 mins

Es que yo compre uno pero no funciona ya lo instale pero no prende nada
Pensé que se tenía que programar el que cambia porque yo lo instale y no prende nada ni las luces del tablero y ni la troca prende
