@@Lufgat in theory yes but I will recommend that you do not turn them down without permission. If you di not respond within the time the rules apply you might get kicked from the network and have some explaining to do.

Doe is change frequency based on selcal aswell? Also can we hear other selcal being used or just our?
It only works if ATC and Pilots are on same frequency. No other pilot can here SELCAL of others
