My crayon jokes are only used when it's truely basic (shoulder charge was that basic) Honestly don't mind bubble in pve. I have my favorite fashion with titian is on helm of saint-14. Behemoth titian is very fun in pve too, but his been all but useless in pvp. Bottom striker is good, but bland imo. All in all, titians are the most fun and the one I feel strongest with. Titians are just the straight up best to fight in crucible with because they feel straightforward and not cheap (like dodge and rift).
Titans are not the best in pve or pvp. They're the worst for pvp and 2nd best for pve. That being said they're the most fun to use and imo the one that take the most skill since we're the only class without a get out of jail free card.
I'm glad someone with a platform has said the "punch" identity of the titan subclass is seriously lacking. Great video. Hopefully bungie shows some titan bro love.
really wish they would either increase the cast speed of the heavy attack for behemoth or let you reorient yourself while casting it, its a freaking tier 1 super it should be strong, but whenever i pop it, i die to a khvostov or something
Being on the same Tier as Striker it's essentially Fist of Havoc but worse. Either lift it to Tier 4 or revert a few of the nerfs i.e. increase the melee lunge range or/and decrease the downwards accelaration.
As a titan main, I agree completely. I love the class, despite playing all 3 characters. Very nice overview of strengths and the drawbacks of being a punchy boi. I enjoy your content, please keep up the great work! And remember, titan bros and sis‘: titan go BONK!
I mainly play warlock and hunter but when I hop on titan something about the class seems so simple/refreshing. I love pushing super aggressively but also being super defensive when I need to be with the barricade. I’m excited to see what not only void 3.0 brings to all 3 classes but also arc/solar when they get refreshed too!
It's extremely fun with the right Fragment set-up and running Diamond Lance, especially if you run Heart of Inmost Light. Throwing the Lance counts as a grenade toss! Too bad they made melees only Empower on a *charged melee hit*.. mega nerf on that one imo, especially for Behemoths, whose melee gets consumed no matter what.
As a Warlock main who plays Titan sometimes I love to use Skullfort and Arc with Titan, or using Solar for the constant Solar well things, Void Titan now because it’s broken in pve. But for the Titan mains out there, if you get Insufferable Skullfort, Take your chance to use it in pve, Dunemarchers used to be fun in pvp due to the chain, but it’s still fun in pve
I haven't truly tried to make my titan look like him, but that's because the man's got a style no one comes close to. plus he's just a lovable guy, as Osiris can attest.
As a D1 titan vet I must say is true my fireteam is above everything no matter what it is and that's why I D2 I main the sentinel "If this Bubble falls I'm will not, as I'm the wall against the dark, the lightning in the dark and the savior of this city" -my titan just protecting everyone I also like to thin that titans are that friend who you could tell every stupid idea and say: Allright, count with me
I've been maining my sythos with bottom sun....the dot from the burn and the sunspot on the kill with the extended melee range has thrown so many ppl off in pvp...literally have ppl tbag me while still burning - and then they die - and then I laugh 😂 I love my titan!
I'm a militaristic titan main obsessed with lore myself, what better way to know your history, the strengths and weaknesses of your allies and enemies than to be well informed?
I like how only meleeing is the titan play style mentioned here. Mostly the problem of the titan class/subclass. Hopefully the light class rework do them justice
I am the wall against which the darkness breaks. You can shoot your fire and throw your lightning and make your crayon jokes but at some point everyone wants to stand behind the unmovable object to catch their breath or reload. bubble titan for life
Biggest problem w titan is that theres no synergy without an exotic... All sentinel subclasses, more so mid n bottom, are literally the least played subclasses in the game. Mid tree sentinel is 3x less common than well of radiance and tether.....FUCKING WELL
My two exotics as a Titan main is Skullfort and Doom Fangs as an add clearing maniac, wiping hordes and keeping the way clear for bosses. I love keeping myself in the fray with Skullfort (absolutely love its lore, like Pyro but is made out of Battleships), or laying waste like a god-eating Captain America with never ending Sentinal shields with Doom Fang. Wiping adds is my passion and it pays to not have hundreds of things picking at me and my team.
As a Titan main, Behemoth is still pretty great for high level content! When you are on encounters in raids without bosses but tons of ads, Behemoth can constantly have over shield, grenade, resistance, and freeze enemies. The stasis crystal buff makes the super really good for add clear as well! While I don't think it is as good as bleak watchers which you can setup and forget about for a while, if you can handle actively controlling all the enemies around you, you will feel invincible! Either way great video cakes!
Titans get memed on a lot for eating crayons or just generally being dumb and reckless. My friends (a Hunter and a Warlock) make fun of me quite often too. Yet I can't help but grin when the 'activity summary' screen pops up and I stand there, proud with the most amount of revives and the least amount of deaths.
Look. I ran helm of saint 14 through all of D1. I was the MAIN bubble bro Now I comfortably run bubble or sunbreaker with dunemarchers because thats my whole kit. Punch, overshield or Punch, fire heals. and then bubble bro for all :) Edit: After watching more, I realized i should put emphasis on the fact that I barely touch PvP and run exclusively PvE if i can help it.
Behemoth in PvE is nuts, looking at diamond lances about the ad I saw many of them, but now i wonder, can it be Womanscaped too? could be a nice kind of troll gift for a friend i have
"How many of you titans are tired of playing the ward of dawn bubble bro in PvE?" I don't think you understand, I main ward of dawn. I never switch off it lmao
On a brighter note I have been playing Void Titan since D1 and all I have to say is: Plan A - Run up to the biggest thing in the room. Shout out "I CHALLENGE YOU TO GLADITORIAL COMBAT!" and place bubble next to it. my friends figured that if they left me to it eventually it would get me killed... I had a minimum 90% win rate not including bosses.... Never stopped me though. now I can either yeet myself at them at terminal velocity, dome them with a shield like captain America or just smash the hell out of them with a hammer (RIP Synthoceps Flaming Maul combo)
As a titan main I wanna say, I loved this video! You are so nice, and it reminded me of how awesome the destiny community can be and is! Now I gotta go punch something...
My new friend I made, in a new clan I joined, we both are known as the tanks. We just aggro everything while our squish big PP damage hunters and locks just nuke the shit out of mobs. Being a "tank" on destiny is fun as hell. You get so much love when you're the only survivor and stand in the middle of a firefight to rez the boys, or girls. Its also hilarious when your friends forget you're a loreley boy and freak out when you run out to save them or when you rez them and they die instantly so you just keep chain rezzing them and go "dude just move" knowing damn good and well they have to wait for the rez animation. XD
Following the crystal PVE buff, its honestly amazing in PVE. Behemoth + Ager's Scepter (alternating using super for A.S at long range, or behemoth crystal spam in tight areas when we're about to be overrun) has been my GM build for the last couple weeks. Especially with the elemental shards mod, you can get a ridiculous amount of buffs for collecting stasis shards on top of the damage output of the crystals + freezing utility of the diamond lance.
Ever since I got the dunemarchers, my PvE build is Monte Carlo and Dunemarchers on top tree sunbreaker, so that I can play ad-clear for my team (and previously toss a debuff on the boss while slapping their nearby ads for easy clean).
I only run solar middle tree for Titan because the hammer has so much more versatility than the fist. Especially when it comes to taking bosses down or if you need to break a shield on a heavier enemy. I know the solar is one of the weaker groups than the other two but it’s more versatile in my opinion.
When the topic of exotics came up in my head I was basically crying going "PLEASE BRO I JUST WANT A GOOD ONE FOR BOTTOM TREE SENTINAL" cause I'm a f2p titan, no dlc means no middle tree and I'm out here suffering
Ok hear me out; New roaming, ranged titan super. Literally doesn’t matter the element. Titan summons an energy over shield/power armor (like a mini energy mech.) suit has infinite jet pack, and a pair of energy chain guns. I feel like just one ranged super would give Titans the love they need.
As a titan main I wish titans had offensive movement mechanics like dodge or icarus dash. I love titan but the movement can't keep up with warlock or hunter. Let's hope titans get buffs. I have been playing hunter in pvp more often because titan is not good to me right now in this meta. Titans need abilities where hunter has good movement by default. Wish titan got the same treatment.
All three shoulder charges recently got their ranges buffed and activation times reduced while not having any cooldown at all if you don't hit an enemy. I'm not saying it's as good as icarus (it isn't) but they can 100% be used as offensive movement mechanics and it's not just on one lone class.
@@2117turbo yeah I've used that as movement but its not the same. Leaves you more open the other classes and it's possible you might lock onto someone to waste your charge.
Don't let Behemoth fool you in PVE. Recently solo flawlessed the new dunegon with a build focused on overshield creation, DR with crystals, and the diamond lance and it's insane how much damage, survivability, and versatility you can achieve with the crystals and freezing after the recent buff. An Eyasluna with headstone is the cherry on top as well.
I used to run top tree striker with skullfort, 2 grenades with longer lasting effects was nice, using them to deny areas with pulse nades, or just as a distraction to get off that shoulder charge kill was amazing. The 2 nades and melee back on kill was nice paired with Surplus. But from my experience, them nerfing damage and buffing range and lock on of bash's didn't work, it feels like my bash's have less range, hit less and the rare times i do, i just get shotgunned. I now use Helm of Saint 14 WoD, or Doomfangs sentinel sheild with sheild throw. I don't use dunes as i have a terrible roll of them and (unless i'm doing something wrong), no matter how close people are together, i don't get lightning chain damage in PVP.
I wish Titans had two uncharged melee attacks. Like a kick, judo throw, or airborne stomp/knee drop. Maybe call it a heavy melee attack. Warlocks can consume/charge grenades, and hunters can triple jump, so yeah...or maybe an intrinsic block animation that has a cool down, like blink or Icarus Dash?
All of these have been true. I've only used Titan fist melee because I ran sunspot and commander of hug (Void middle tree) because I love making all classes run when I would punch once then they try to back away cause I never shoulder charge. Unless you where a titan who did that or choose the easy way to get kills, that rule applied to all classes/sub classes.
Peregrine Greaves made a bit of a comeback.. Giga Chad/big brain strat of killing yourself with ricochet rounds while using precious scars to get revived with a fat overshield in trials.. Titans rocking feedback fence basically auto-win any 1v1 slug fest.. even more comical when they run top tree striker, grenade themselves with riskrunner and just start charging you.. Wastelander M5 + no backup plans is certainly fun to play around with
As a Titan Main in PVP, I only run Sweet Business and Actium with 7th Seraph SG as a backup and tear people to shreds quite often. No punching necessary, but it is a necessity many other times for this ol' chunky Titan!
Currently been messing around with behemoth Titan in PvE. It's actually surprisingly strong. I'm running a strong hold build and feel invincible. Ran it in a master GoA and absolutely slapped everything. You can also use Inmost Light if you want to really chain those abilities together for a pretty much infinite overshield, or use alpha lupi for more synergy around healing yourself. While the ad clear lacks in comparison to Warlock or Hunter stasis imo, the survivability is rivaled only by stag warlocks, and even then the titan may be better. In addition it's super has some crazy damage if you know how to use it properly.
I’m surprised to say that I don’t do any of these, at least not 4 the reasons said in this video, I just like playing aggressively regardless of what game I’m playing and/or who or what I am playing as in said game, which is why I like the Titans the most, it’s the best aggressive class
Check out selfu for a behemoth pve build, he soloed devils lair with lament and some kind of exotic arms that does sumthin for swords. His build was really cool to watch, probably bc im a hunter main lol
Titan fashion can get super interesting once you get out of the usual dunemarchers meta. I spend hours trying to make my titan looknas unique as possible for every load out I make. Definitely a really fun aspect of the class, especially since you cane make badass silhouettes with how a lot of the armor is made
no back up plans and icefall mantle are my favorite exotics to run on titan because a lot of players tend to not like fighting against someone with an OS which is understandable but it leads to them not fully committing to the gunfight and a lot of the times it will cost them the gunfight.
as a titan main I agree with most of this content especially about the lore and insurmountable skullfort, but If you go solar try a monte carlo build with synthoceps, max recilience dicipline and punch stat with the nail and hammer token things and then use hammer throw to get eh special slide hammer double smash. edit: Short version use double hammer double smash for good pve results
Ahem. As a Confirmed Titan main in D1 and a confirmed hunter main in D2. I naturally know how both work and don't give a shit about the current war going on between them of which is better. So im a paint drinker as a Hunter and a crayon eater as a titan. But i still eat those either way. Im stupid as fuck
I'm a Titan main and I love to use no backup plans and chaperone, even before the nerf I love the synergy of the gun with the subclass (Sorry for any mistakes i've made in the comment, I'm not that good in english)
I’ve always ran titan. I started a new character just to try it. I was so surprised at how fast I was gaining abilities and super as a warlock. I felt I couldn’t die with rifts so fast. I’ll always love titan but I may be running warlock for real content from now on.
I like seeing a room clear itself so I made a grenade spam build for center tree sentinal, it's pretty funny when your friends beg you to go back to melee because they can't get near my enemies killed
As a titan main that was basically senator Armstrong from metal gear revengence before void 3.0 and I used the worm unique arm guard that gives you a melee damage buff yes I did and still do out of habit go in well fist a blazing pun not indented I was the hulk when it came to close combat but even though I was a killing war machine the one thing that kills me the most are those suicide bomber shanks because when a enemy get in to melee range "melee go br- *boom*"
behemoth actually slaps in pve now, with its ability to constantly spawn and detonate crystals, which recently got a major damage buff. I've been running in the GMs all week and I'm solo killing brigs and champions no sweat lmao (I've uploaded a few clips of me doing this which may or may not convince you of its ability to SLAP)
I prefer Ballistic Skullfort over Shoulder Charge Skullfort, personally. But, it's not something I do often, either. Usually it's just when Arc Singe and Brawler are on the same rotation.
Thundercrash is viable in endgame PvE from Master raids to Grandmaster nightfalls. You don't always need bubble, especially when there is more than one titan in a fire team.
I don't know but I'm making a tank, where can be constantly healing, and protecting. I'm new to the game and just started few weeks ago. Had couple people thank me for being a healing titan. Which I'm not good yet but makes me feel lot better since I played as one it other games.
As of the changes in the 30th anniversary the behemoth has become quite the powerhouse. Diamond lance plus the ability to shatter any and all crystals on demand with just a slide in combination with the buffs to stasis crystals on pve behemoth with the right build is a monster dealing aburd amounts of burst damage and being able to bully the shit out of champions with diamond lance in GMs. Been running it since the start of the season and it's just so much fun
Behemoth is actually very good in pve despite popular belief. Their ability to create crystals that do heavy damage with their melee, grenade and super is very powerful. Their super does heavy aoe damage and diamond lance is a really fun ability with admittedly questionable viability in endgame content but it works well for me so when clearing adds so oh well.
I have been a Titan main since way back in D1. I have yet to play as a twitchy lil Hunter or egghead Warlock. I love my titan. Maybe one day I'll branch out but, as of now, someone needs to pop bubbles for my fireteam.
Max out the mobility stat! goes such a long way to keep Titans agile. A friend kept suggesting it and I scoffed but once I tried it.... complete revelation.
7:00 that’s is if you are an optimal main As zanny said I’m a fun main When I play crucible I like to have fun use the guns I want the exotics I want I like to run skullfort Of course I am optimal en trials, raids and gm nightfalls
After doing intense Warlock research of Warlock types that only Warlocks can do (he said, a former Hunter) I've come to the conclusion that Titans don't just eat crayons They eat candles too. It's their equivalent of a cheeky Nando's
it's funny that it's considered the ultra-aggro class. playing a little more defensively on bottom solar is pretty much my pvp go-to, thermites are still nice and the burn punch basically secures trades at worst or speeds up a kill at best. also the (useful) exotic drought is real. I have no idea how they're going to solve the mobility exotic issue when they're the only consistently impactful things any class gets, let alone titans.
Me a warlock main (hunter pvp main) having fun hitting things on titan evey now and the (build is throwing hammer with wormgods sunshot and a shoty eith 1 2 punch charge that thing up and u are 1 punch man literally just so satisfying to kill a mission boss with 1 hit)
Been using Ehroars Diamond Lance build in pve with Inmost light. HOIL recognises the diamond Lance as a grenade so your empowerment and ability regen is crazy.
If you have an Eyesluna with Unrelenting and Headstone, Behemoth is really good. Great for clearing adds, spawning Diamond Lances, and just fun in general.
One thing people don’t tend to realize is that by running in the titan gets the attention of enemies before everyone else which means everyone else gets shot at less.
Missed out on the strongholds. If there is a Titan main not using the Strongholds are they really a Titan main. Whether its trolling people in crucible with a guard that can literally tank a hunter gold gun or being the tank of the team in Master level content and just laughing at bosses who use their big stomp only to be confused that you are still standing there. It's the most Titan exotic in the game, you literally heal from taking damage. And it's even funnier watching your teammates react to you walking into a swarm of skreebs and coming out without a scratch.

Behmoth titan's actually good in pve with a headstone weapon
It's extremely fun with the right Fragment set-up and running Diamond Lance, especially if you run Heart of Inmost Light. Throwing the Lance counts as a grenade toss!
Too bad they made melees only Empower on a *charged melee hit*.. mega nerf on that one imo, especially for Behemoths, whose melee gets consumed no matter what.
Yeah my cousin has been using a build with his Eyasluna headstone build that is pretty nasty with his behemoth
Number 16: Have endless love for Saint-14
as a titan main for almost 5 years, i find myself still doing this
I haven't truly tried to make my titan look like him, but that's because the man's got a style no one comes close to. plus he's just a lovable guy, as Osiris can attest.
I've been rocking his helm since year 2 of destiny
As a D1 titan vet I must say is true my fireteam is above everything no matter what it is and that's why I D2 I main the sentinel
"If this Bubble falls I'm will not, as I'm the wall against the dark, the lightning in the dark and the savior of this city"
-my titan just protecting everyone
I also like to thin that titans are that friend who you could tell every stupid idea and say:
Allright, count with me
I've been maining my sythos with bottom sun....the dot from the burn and the sunspot on the kill with the extended melee range has thrown so many ppl off in pvp...literally have ppl tbag me while still burning - and then they die - and then I laugh 😂 I love my titan!
Mid tree sentinel is 3x less common than well of radiance and tether.....FUCKING WELL
as a hunter main, max damage hammer titan (synthoceps/wormgod caress, 1-2 punch, tractor cannon) has gotta be one of my fav builds.
As a Titan: we don’t roll often but when we do we roll hard.
I love bubble, bubble is life, I would die for bubble, bubble is best titan subclass
-Me, because I genuinely like running bubble
Bubble 4 eva✊
Can't change my mind... insurmountable skullfort needs a buff. With the decreased base shoulder charge dmg, the skullfort is practically useless now
Titans get memed on a lot for eating crayons or just generally being dumb and reckless. My friends (a Hunter and a Warlock) make fun of me quite often too.
Yet I can't help but grin when the 'activity summary' screen pops up and I stand there, proud with the most amount of revives and the least amount of deaths.
Look. I ran helm of saint 14 through all of D1. I was the MAIN bubble bro
Now I comfortably run bubble or sunbreaker with dunemarchers because thats my whole kit. Punch, overshield or Punch, fire heals. and then bubble bro for all :)
Edit: After watching more, I realized i should put emphasis on the fact that I barely touch PvP and run exclusively PvE if i can help it.
Finally someone who agrees and addresses the titan problem…🙄 I always said the titan is the least favored and gets f**ked the most.
3.0 subclasses would say the opposite
Behemoth in PvE is nuts, looking at diamond lances
about the ad
I saw many of them, but now i wonder, can it be Womanscaped too?
could be a nice kind of troll gift for a friend i have
"How many of you titans are tired of playing the ward of dawn bubble bro in PvE?"
I don't think you understand, I main ward of dawn. I never switch off it lmao
A melee based class that completely misses melee attacks 90% of the time in PVP 🤡🤡🤡 fix titan melees bungie….
On a brighter note I have been playing Void Titan since D1 and all I have to say is:
Plan A - Run up to the biggest thing in the room.
What if they made Behemoth generate crystals behind them on the melee lunge and toss Lances on the heavy? Hmmmm...
Sunbreaker is already a ranged super.
This vid made me cry and happy at the same time as a Titan main
YEAH TITANS!!!
how did he know i eat crayons...
Titan use Manscaped... Warlocks use Nair. And you know hunters use 5-blade pink Venus razors to clean up that bikini line.
Long time Titan main here.
Can confirm the most important rule for playing a titan:
See Martyr unit, PUNCH!
My Titan clothes will most often be the least armored, berserker Titan best Titan.
Are titans former US Marines that were brought back by the traveler to continue eating crayons?
Check out selfu for a behemoth pve build, he soloed devils lair with lament and some kind of exotic arms that does sumthin for swords. His build was really cool to watch, probably bc im a hunter main lol
Strongholds lol. Gives you infinite guard and you don't take damage while guarding either. They are kinda fun to mess around with lol.
@@Gnar_Dogg ohhhh ok thanks, that tells u how much I play titan then lmao
8:18 “I don’t know if I could take another one eyed mask exotic”
He was so not ready for lorely
Im stupid as fuck
best titan combo: wormgod caress + roaring flames + throwing hammer. I love halving the bosses health after pegging a hammer at it
Behemoth is incredibly good for PvE since the stasis changes though
I'm a Titan main and I love to use no backup plans and chaperone, even before the nerf I love the synergy of the gun with the subclass (Sorry for any mistakes i've made in the comment, I'm not that good in english)
I’m a Titan main who used Dunemarchers for the longest time. But recently I discovered the joys of using Peregrine Greaves and I haven’t looked back.
Yes, thank you!
Im so tired of running basically the same stuff for the past 7 years
As a titan main that was basically senator Armstrong from metal gear revengence before void 3.0 and I used the worm unique arm guard that gives you a melee damage buff yes I did and still do out of habit go in well fist a blazing pun not indented I was the hulk when it came to close combat but even though I was a killing war machine the one thing that kills me the most are those suicide bomber shanks because when a enemy get in to melee range "melee go br- *boom*"
The Behemoth class is actually one of the best for Titans in pve
As a Titan this brings me joy. Also switching to your fist is always faster than reloading
behemoth actually slaps in pve now, with its ability to constantly spawn and detonate crystals, which recently got a major damage buff. I've been running in the GMs all week and I'm solo killing brigs and champions no sweat lmao
(I've uploaded a few clips of me doing this which may or may not convince you of its ability to SLAP)
I miss my old melting point debuff. Please bungie. Make the debuff higher and worth the risk of rushing a boss.
I personally like running bottom tree sunbreaker with Phoenix Cradle in PvE, makes things actually fun to do
Me too.
Im nervous to watch this.
7:00 that’s is if you are an optimal main
As zanny said I’m a fun main
When I play crucible I like to have fun use the guns I want the exotics I want
I like to run skullfort
Of course I am optimal en trials, raids and gm nightfalls
Just came back to destiny 2 for the first time since 2018, and some of these i can relate as a titan main even though i never played much
After doing intense Warlock research of Warlock types that only Warlocks can do (he said, a former Hunter) I've come to the conclusion that Titans don't just eat crayons
They eat candles too.
Ward of dawn has been my favourite super since I started playing d1
