    There are thousands of diets out there that all contradict each other. I think that’s the hardest part of sticking to a diet for most people these days. I agree with you....all food groups are important.

      Hello, my friend.
      Yes, it's shocking how much people really think a diet for a limited period of time is going to permanently change them. I think the collective mindset is one of quick fixes. We gain 4 or 5 pounds a year for 5 year, but then we want to lose them in a week. Your body just can't work that way.

    So interesting that you are the first person I have heard say that you should graze and eat every 2 hours or so. This is how I feel I naturally like to eat...several small frequent meals/snacks...but, everyone else out there seems to say this is bad and it causes insulin resistance, and that it causes your body to spike insulin and store fat...and you need to do intermittent fasting!

      How did you eat when you came into the world as a baby?
      All other animals that CAN eat frequently, do. The only animal that do not are those that have to hunt for their food.
      This is really just common sense. But, the problem with common sense is that it's not very common.

    It's encouraging that we can make positive changes to our health through something we can control. I've always exercised throughout the years, but found diet made the most impact for me. You can't "out exercise" a bad diet.

    Hi Dr. I too have been plant based for about 45 years - mostly vegan/vegetarian (except I eat eggs, lactose-free whole yoghurt, and occasionally salmon). People are surprised when I tell them I eat about 6-10 cups of vegetables & salad greens per day. And yes, I eat every 2-4 hours too, and exercise daily. 💋

    Hi Dr. Taylor!
    It's me Dolores from Ca.
    I just love you! Everything you said is what I always told my clients. They wanted to be skinny, be strong, be fit! But they always tried to do these silly diets and crazy workouts. It really is more simple than you think! I say it has to be part of your life! Food and exercise! Fits into your way of living! That way it's not a diet, or a burden to go work out! Have fun workout doing things you enjoy! I eat to fuel my body, I workout to feel good! Since I have been dealing with my Pudendal neuralgia, I have had to slow down on my workouts, but I'm not starving myself! I eat throughout my day, but my body tells me when I need to eat and how much! I have not gained a pound! And I have been keeping my muscle and flexibility. Just need this nerve to calm down so I can get rolling again!!! Haha!
    You are so great! Will be talking to you again soon with my updates!
    Tootles for now!!!!💕💕

    Yes, this tutorial contradicts the intermittent fasting approach. I feel (and who cares about what I feel)...as though, being 70 lbs overweight and newly menopausal, that intermittent fasting is the answer! However, if I ate like Menopause Taylor (plant based) every two hours with some reasonable fats and proteins in the mix...no doubt that I would lose weight. But CRAP...do I do either of those?...LOL...not consistently. I tell ya...my German grandmother always told me “watch what you eat...eat a lot of fruits and vegetables”; and here I am...suddenly (“suddenly” 🤣) 70 lbs over weight swiftly gained over the last 5 years...and...because I choose to turn away from the truth and kid myself. Ugh! Thanks again for the great information Menopause Taylor! (Ps Jason Fung does provide very good insight and evidence on elevated insulin and that being the great problem).

    I totally agree with you. In the last year my weight had gradually gone up even though I took up running 2-4 miles a day. I thought I was eating right but I was eating the wrong things. You see 5 years ago my doctor decided to do a "food sensitivity test" on me that for years I had no clue what I was to do with it. I became vegan 3 years ago but was still eating some of those foods that I was sensitive to. I recently watched a video of yours where you mentioned that we continue eating foods our bodies can no longer eat, suddenly the light bulb went on in my head. As soon as I started eliminating those foods my inflammation slowly went down. Its not easy but it takes work and time. I'm 46 and hoping to start HRT soon.

    You just made my day. I am such a grazer, always have been and although I have recently become wheat intolerant which limits my food choices somewhat I am feeling less bloated and actually a lot better so it's all good. And fully agree with regular exercise. I do a combination of various workouts during the week and a daily walk in my lunch hour. I also love hiking a lot. Walking is so underrated. Nothing better than going for a brisk walk in fresh air to clear away the cobwebs. Interestingly I watched a BBC programme a few months ago stating that going for 3 brisk short 10 minute walks a day is apparently better for you than being to hung up about getting the daily 10,000 steps in. It's all about getting your heart rate up apparently.

    • @MenopauseTaylor
      @MenopauseTaylor  6 років тому +1

      Yes, the whole "count your steps" phenomenon is very interesting. I think it's about so much more than the number of steps. It's about the mental state that accompanies your activity, regardless of what it is.

My biggest struggle is that I hate to cook. Preparing food is not enjoyable for me and I am always thinking about how I could be spending that time more productively. And you are right... dining out is tough. I'm also interested in the exercise approach you mention in another comment, so hope you do some videos on exercise, as well. Because yes, I remember your yoga video from months back and was amazed at (and jealous of) your flexibility. :) Cheers!

    • @MenopauseTaylor
      @MenopauseTaylor  6 років тому +5

      I always appreciate your thanks.
      And, I'm with you completely on the cooking. I hate it. And I avoid it as much as possible. The people at Whole Foods know me well. It's just a couple of blocks from my home and I go there 2 - 3 times a week to buy fresh produce and already-grilled veggies. I'm pretty pathetic in all things domestic other than sewing and making my clothes. Betty Crocker I am not.
      I will be including exercise videos throughout the series. And thank you for the compliment on the yoga. It' what I do for my arthritis. 17 years ago when I was diagnosed, I was told I would be an invalid in a wheelchair. And I decided that just wasn't going to happen. But I think my exercise program is good for menopausal women in general. It's all the things we need most for balance and flexibility as we age.

    I’ve always learned that frequent eating doesn’t give your bodily organs to rest so that’s why I’ve adopted intermittent fasting, which seems to favor so many people around the world. They talk about not only their before and after results in terms of weight, looks, overall health but generally how they feel. Are you saying this type of eating/fasting should be different for menopausal women? I’m getting all confused again.

    • @MenopauseTaylor
      @MenopauseTaylor  3 роки тому +3

      Yes. The one thing that nobody does is apply the science to menopausal women ... whose physiology is entirely different than before menopause. Menopause is THE most neglected topic on Earth. YOU absolutely HAVE to apply everything specifically to menopause ... just as you would apply everything specifically to a child or an elderly person.

  • @allisonfalin8854
    @allisonfalin8854 2 роки тому

    I am still surprised at how often this is the cornerstone of good overall health, yet we refuse to listen. Discipline with diet and habitual exercise is not always the easier route, but it is the most sustainable one. Our guts are designed to absorb the nutrients we need in the diet, until we get a bit older, so you have to get creative. I am not vegan, but eating a healthy diet is NOT convenient or easy, but it works and I feel better because of it. I take the time to lift heavy weights and ride a bike. Daily walks are just a given at this point. It is my sanity and my goal is to continue this well into my latter life.

  • @christinealix7664

    Great video thanks for covering these different aspects of exercise thankfully I can easily do all of them when I take my dog out for her exercise play and training and for me that's a whole lot of fun I have formulated not a diet but a nutrition plan that can support hormones with enough veggies and protein
    For weight maintenance I eat carbs and fat on different days I enjoy real food not processed and I can still have my treats like red.wine dark.chocolate and whole wheat peanut butter cookies I can eat this way forever and I like it I also prioritize pet.nutrition reducing use of commercial pet food on a very tight budget ladies it's possible everyone can do something that works for them. I'm not vegan yet still find it challenging to eat out so I do my best and thank my friends and yes it's important to eat as frequently as possible depending on what's available. I live on what I call the opportunitvor diet with gratitude and caution avoiding white flour isn't easy but so worth it I stopped eating white flour long before any menopause symptoms and I'm very pleased with this decision

      True! I think it's all about planning ahead. Never leave your diet to chance. I take food with me EVERYWHERE.
      I have snacks in my car, snacks in my purse, a carry-on full of food on every trip I take. I pull food out all the time. (I think my friends are embarrassed sometimes.)
      But, I find that it's the key to always having what I need when I need it.

    Dear Menopause Taylor, I am 54 and find your videos most helpful. Currently I am in perimenopause phase and has suspected endometriosis with a 9cm endometrioma on the right ovary and it’s Asymptomatic. Due to this I am waiting for natural menopause hoping that the cysts will shrink. Would appreciate if you can have a video on menopause management for women with endometriosis. Thank you very much.

      Videos 138 - 140 will be on endometriosis. But, your situation is unique. You will probably need a one-on-one consultation to address your personal situation.
      Those videos are already planned and ready for shooting. I plan these videos 9 months in advance, shoot them 5 months in advance, and review the editing 1 month in advance. As you can see, there is nothing willy-nilly about the way I handle your education. I'm detailed, precise, and pedantic. And, if you need a one-on-one consultation, you'll see that I handle it with the same attention to detail.

      You're the second person who has told me that. You see, I just don't understand why anyone cares what I eat in a day.
      In fact, my UA-cam team keeps telling me I need to do a Q&A video to answer the questions I get over and over again about ME! I just don't understand things like selfies or being available every minute by cell phone (although way back in the 80s, when I was practicing obstetrics, I had a cell phone .... and nobody else did. It was the size of a brick.)
      When I first started making these videos, the UA-cam team said, "Barbie, you need to take more pictures of yourself."
      "Take pictures of myself? Why in the world would I take pictures of myself?" I asked.
      "So everybody can see what you're doing."
      "Why would anyone care what I'm doing?"
      "Because they'll find it interesting."
      "But, I'm not interesting. I'm boring. I'm a nerd. I sit around doing brainy things all day."
      You get the picture.
      In any case, I've succumbed to do a Q& A video on myself. Here's the odd thing: I'm perfectly comfortable giving these educational videos. But, I'm all a twitter about the personal Q&A one ! I'm so upside-down. Almost every other person who has a UA-cam channel is all about telling you all about themselves. I'm so much the opposite.
      I've added my daily food to the list of Q&A questions.

My vegan diet works very for both performance and weight control. Try eating vegan before you diss it and evaluate your energy level. Meet some vegans. Look at their bodies - you ever meet a fat vegan? Put down the books and articles that are crafted to sell you stuff. Open your eyes and collect your own data. Go find a bunch of healthy, thin people that have been healthy and thin for a long time and find out what they eat. It won't be some wacky exclusionary diet.

I did lose 80lbs, so much of the insulin resistance had resolved, well according to my doctor at the time. I switched to a Keto, low carb diet. I eat more protein as it's low carb. I try to throw in fruits and veggies, but I am very picky and being diabetic some veggies are off limits. I'm also intolerant to grains and starches. One slice of the acceptable bread will spike my blood sugar significantly. Keto works, I have added flax seed to my low carb granola breakfast for fiber and it's minor ability to help menopause. My blood sugar went from 10.2 to 6.4, and thinking it'll be in the 5's next month for the nine month check.

And they NEVER apply any of the science specifically to menopausal women, which completely defeats the purpose. When you lose your estrogen at post-menopause your metabolism and physiology change. And when that happens, fasting is the biggest mistake you can make.
      Calorie restriction is beneficial. Fasting is not.

      Nothing I teach you has anything to do with that for which I am a "fan."I am a "fan" for education and facts. Nothing matters but facts. How you utilize the fact is your business.
      Your “metabolic rate” refers to how fast your body uses the food you eat.
      A fast metabolism is one that gobble up the food quickly and uses it for fuel.
      A slow metabolism is one that sluggishly digests food. Instead of using it rapidly, it stores it for use later on.
      Your metabolic rate is largely determined by how often you eat. If you eat frequently, your body says, “Oh, I can go ahead and use this food now, I know I’m going to get fed again very soon.” If you eat infrequently, your body says, “Ooo, I had better hold on to some of this I don’t know when I’ll get another meal.”
      Humans are very odd creatures. We are the only animals on earth that can eat frequently, but choose not to. Just think of all the animals that graze all day long. They aren’t fat. The only animals that don’t eat frequently are meat-eaters that have to hunt for their food. And their bodies are designed to metabolize the food slowly since they only eat every few days. That’s why lions are so sleepy and lazy after a meal. They are literally stuffed to the gills. They eat a bunch at each meal because their meals are few and far between. The plant eaters have it much easier.
      But humans have voluntarily decided to lengthen the time between meals. It’s very unnatural for your body, and it makes you gain weight. Intermittent fasting is the worst thing you can do for your long-term metabolism and weight management.
      Tell me, how often did you eat when you were a little baby? Every 2 or 3 hours, right? That’s how mother Nature intended for humans to eat. That’s what our bodies are programmed for.
      So why did you change your every 2 - 3 hour eating pattern to one in which you only eat every 6 or 7 hours? See what I mean? By eating less frequently, humans literally induce their bodies to adopt a slower metabolic rate.
      Haven’t you ever noticed that skinny people are always eating? The fact that they eat frequently is what makes them skinny. And have you ever noticed that fat people only eat once or twice a day? The fact that they eat infrequently is what makes them fat. It's all about metabolic rate.

      Gotta say, I'd rather look like a lion than a cow 😅. Intermittent fasting has worked better for me than frequent small meals (tried that for years with little results). Rather than use the meals for fuel all day, my body utilizes my fat stores that I already have, for fuel. Maybe if you are starting out already very thin, frequent little meals can work or as most things, just work better for some, and just the same - intermittent fasting also works better for some. I don't think one size fits all here either.

      It is a myth.

    • @MenopauseTaylor
      @MenopauseTaylor  6 років тому +10

      But, the mere expectation that the perfect diet and fitness is enough to make menopause symptoms less severe or absent is a complete myth.
      Nutrition is important. Exercise is important. But neither of them control your female hormones. You're dealing with apples and oranges.
      The key is to learn what each option (diet, exercise, hormones, non-hormonal meds, herbs, etc.) can and cannot accomplish. Each can only do what its capable of doing. To expect than is even possible from any option is a set up for failure.
      So, her plant-based diet will prevent a heart attack. Her great physical fitness will also help prevent a heart attack, and it will decrease her risk for osteoporosis. But to think it can do all the things that estrogen does is unrealistic. Symptoms of menopause are a direct result of estrogen loss. Diet and exercise do not replace estrogen.
      Here's an analogy: If you get your hair dyed, your gray hair will be camouflaged. But dying your hair will not prevent dry skin. There's no cross-over of the two.
      Any expert who tell you that the perfect diet and exercise "ticks off al the boxes" for the symptoms of menopause is not an expert on menopause.

    I love Dr. Taylor but I'm going to have to respectfully disagree on plant-based diets being the best choice and how she clearly does not like intermittent fasting. As a 52-year-old menopausal woman, I have seen many different physician experts rave about the benefits of intermittent fasting especially for those of us wanting to drop weight. Back in prehistoric times, men did not graze like cows every two hours and they basically ate once a day after spending long time hunting their prey and they were thin! Also, experts say that constant grazing throughout the day is not good for those having insulin resistance and so you have to limit the amount of times insulin surges throughout the day to help your metabolism and intermittent fasting allows the fat stores to be utilized for energy especially if you do keto intermittent fasting. I know keto works for weight loss as I did it in my premenopausal years and dropped a lot of weight. So now in menopause intermittent fasting is the way for me as there are lots of success stories out there if you search for testimonials. Also don't forget the benefit of autophagy. Look it up if you don't know what it means. Also, some experts believe that some plant base dieters are lacking a lot of nutrients and a lot of stuff they eat is highly processed like those fake meats which is unhealthy. So, to each her own in menopause as what works for Dr. Talyor is not tailor made for us all and her views on this is more subjective and favorable to her personally. Just research and get various opinions so that you can make an informed decision regarding what's good for you as an individual just like Dr. T says every cancer is different and should be treated as such per the individual, then so as diet type and timing. of meals.

    • @MenopauseTaylor
      @MenopauseTaylor  Рік тому +1

      This is a huge fad. But none of the literature on intermittent fasting puts it in the context of menopause. Remember, your entire metabolic physiology changes massively at menopause because loss of your estrogen causes your metabolism to slow down.
      Your metabolic rate is also dependent on how frequently you eat. Your body’s job is to keep everything balanced. So, if you eat frequently, your body gobbles up the calories, uses them for fuel, and knows it’s going to get fed again soon.
      But if you don’t eat frequently, your body thinks you’re starving and it conserves as many calories as possible in the form of fat. No matter how much you try to trick your body into doing otherwise, it will always do what’s best for survival.
      Se. even though you came into the world and ate every two to three hours as a baby, society induced you to change that interval to six or seven hours. That’s not what your body wants or expects. And that long interval between meals slows your body’s metabolism, causing it to store more fat.
      By the time you get to the age of menopause, you’ve already trained your body to slow its metabolism. And then you lose all your estrogen.
      From an evolutionary standpoint, your body perceives the loss of estrogen as a stress that induces your body to go into survival mode. So it starts conserving as much energy as possible in the form of fat. this is why you gain weight at menopause.
      So now you have compounded the problem by adding the slow metabolism from infrequent meals to the slow metabolism of menopause.
      The fad of intermittent fasting just makes it worse. This ridiculous practice induces you to increase the interval between meals to huge periods of time, like 16 or 18 hours. Well, what do you think your body is going to do when you do that? You will create a situation in which your body becomes very efficient at storing as much as possible as fat. And it will not be reversible.
      As a menopausal woman, intermittent fasting is one of the worst things you can possibly do.
      Oh, and it also causes Alzheimer’s!

    If a person had a partial hysterectomy, at age 35, would she go into menopause at that age or would menopause occur at age 51 when her ovaries stop? If at 35 you no longer have periods, then you would be at a low risk for breast cancer? Am I on the right track here?

    • @MenopauseTaylor
      @MenopauseTaylor  6 років тому

      "Partial hysterectomy" (and even "Total Hysterectomy) has absolutely noting at all to do with your ovaries. Your question is analogous to asking, "If my arms were amputated at age 35, would I be able to walk at age 51?"
      You should watch video 8. I explained all the surgical procedures way back then.
      I THINK you're asking if removal of your uterus has anything to do with when your ovaries go out of business and stop producing estrogen. If so, the answer is that your ovaries will stop producing estrogen at the age of 51-ish. You just won't have disappearing periods to tell you when that is.
      As to your next question about breast cancer risk, the answer is this:
      The fact that your uterus is missing has nothing to do with the fact that your ovaries are still functioning in producing cycles. Your uterus was merely the organ that responded to those hormones and produced something (your period) that you could see.
      So your risk of breast cancer is abut how many CYCLES you've had, not about how many PERIODS you've had. Removing your uterus and leaving your ovaries in place does not reduce your risk of breast cancer.

    • @MenopauseTaylor
      @MenopauseTaylor  6 років тому +4

      None of this education has anything to do with what I (or anyone else) "believe in." It's not religion.
      I will always give you the facts. How you use them is entirely up to you.
      The human digestive system is designed for frequent, regular feeding. All of your biochemical energy cycles (ATP and other pathways) function according to energy (food) intake. Hunger is a signal that your body needs fuel. That's why hunger is uncomfortable. That's why starvation results in body wasting.
      The philosophy of most fasts and cleanses (and colonics) is to rid the body of toxins. But that assumes that you are putting toxins in your body in the first place. And, if you eat the typical American diet, you are putting plenty of toxins into your body.
      But, if you eat a diet that does not contain toxins (such as animal fat, preservatives, processed food, junk food, fast food), there's no need to fast or cleanse.
      I hope that makes sense. Whether or not you need to fast or cleanse or use colonics depends on your dietary intake.
      Regardless of what you eat, though, the frequency of your food intake is what determines your metabolic rate. If you eat frequently, your metabolic rate will be faster. If you eat infrequently, it will be slower. That's basic biology.

      This is precisely the kind of thing for which I do one-on-one consultations. You definitely need one. No two women are alike, and addressing your situation requires tailoring all the facts specifically to YOU.
      I'm in the business of educating you about everything you need to know and do in order to get exactly what you want for managing your menopause your way. So, here's how a consultation works:
      1) You would schedule a one-on-one consultation at my website, MenopauseTaylor.ME, choosing a time that is convenient for you. I do consultations on Skype, FaceTime. Facebook Messenger, What’s App, and the phone.
      2) I would send you an email to confirm that you are scheduled for the stated time, and invite you to send me as much information about yourself as you please. You can make it brimming with details and tell me about your reproductive life, any gynecologic problems you've had, your symptoms of peri-menopause, and your symptoms of post-menopause. You can include all your fears, concerns, and goals for your menopause management. You may also send me any labs, mammogram results, bone density results, etc. that you would like me to include in designing your protocol. If you want to adhere to a certain category of management options (herbs or diet & lifestyle, or whatever), you should tell me that. I will give you a 5-day deadline for sending all materials, and will not accept anything after that date.
      3) I'll get busy creating a document that gives you all the education you need to understand absolutely everything, points out the pros and cons of each option, and tailors it all to YOU, using the information you have provided. The document will be loooooong. Most are over 30 pages.
      4) I will send you the document by email 72 hours before your consultation. You will benefit greatly by reading it in advance. Light bulbs will go off like crazy, and if you're like most women, you'll feel that you've already gotten your money's worth.
      5) During your consultation, we will review the document and address any issues you want in order to fine tune everything and determine your best options. I'll tell you exactly how to find the right kind of professional, how to have the conversation in order to get what you want, and the nuances of things like guidelines and insurance. I leave nothing unaddressed.
      6) You will go to a professional of your choosing in order to get the actual hormones or whatever you choose to use.
      7) After the first consultation, I'll hold your hand (forever if you want me to). In other words, you'll be able to schedule mini-consultations (30-minute, in addition to full consultations) whenever you need to. I'll keep records of your situation. Most women schedule mini-consultation whenever they go to the doctor and don't understand what he or she said, or why. I translate. I make sense of everything. Most schedule mini-consultation whenever they have a new test and they want me to explain the results. And all schedule mini-consultation whenever their situation changes and they need to re-weigh and re-balance their options.
      The time you spend with me will make everything about working with any other professional so easy. And they will love the fact that you have an actual education rather than a bunch of misconceptions that you got from the Internet. If your initial hormone regimen is not right, you'll want to consult with me before going to your doctor. I can prepare you for what to expect and what to request.
      So, that's my role. And nobody else on earth does this kind of thing but me. So, I hope you schedule a consultation and let me hold your hand (figuratively).
      I hope to meet you soon!

    I would be curious to know how much should we eat every 2 hours? I guess the quantity is important too. And when should the last meal of the day be?

    • @MenopauseTaylor
      @MenopauseTaylor  6 років тому +1

      Well, if you eat every 2 hours, you'll probably eat smaller quantities the you eat when you eat every 6 hours. And I think we each have to do what is right for us.
      I eat a very small first breakfast of just a protein shake before I go to the gym in the morning at 5 AM. I don't like to work out with solid food in my stomach. I eat some fruit at the gym. After my workout, I usually have oatmeal. My biggest meal of the day is around 11 or 12. And then I "snack" all day long after that.
      I confess that I eat up until the time I go to bed ... which is not ideal. (But it's little things, like a handful of nuts, some berries, popcorn, etc.) The best thing is to stop eating about 2 hours before bed time.
      The goal is to avoid feeling hungry or stuffed.

      Thanks, Dr. Barbie, for taking your time to reply to me, I got the idea - small portions and probably not too many ingredients at once... even so, I would really like to see a video specifically with what you eat in one day - I'm very visual! You look very fit and I know you are very disciplined with your gym routine, but I'm sure 80% is about your diet. I have a pretty healthy diet - lots of veggies & fruits mostly raw, no dairy. However, I eat fish or turkey twice a week - but I'm not as thin as you :))

      Ha! You're very kind. I actually weigh more now than I ever have. (I like to tell myself it's muscle ... but my muscles are very tiny. Still, it makes me feel better.)
      I do believe that 90% of fitness and physique are due to and dependent on diet. You can't work out a bad diet.

      This is the same answer I wrote for the other viewer who asked this same question:

    Can menopause be only managed by diet and exercise

    • @MenopauseTaylor
      @MenopauseTaylor  5 років тому +2

      No. Hormones are hormones. Nutrition is nutrition. Exercise is exercise. They all have some effect on the other, but none of them can substitute for the other.
      You can't work out a bad diet any more than you can compensate fully for deficient hormones with exercise.
      If you became deficient in thyroid hormone, you could not compensate for it with diet and exercise.
      If you became deficient in insulin, you could not compensate for it with diet and exercise.
      Why would loss of estrogen be any different?

    • @MenopauseTaylor
      @MenopauseTaylor  5 років тому

      It's impossible to answer your question unless you go for a long time with an inadequate dosage of estrogen and end up with osteoporosis, a heart attack, or Alzheimer's. But then it would be too late to reverse the damage.
      You can't make your own rules. You have to come to terms with your priorities. Your dilemma is to decide whether your fear of estrogen is greater than your fear of the diseases that occur without it (or with inadequate dosages of it).
      I do a lot of consultations for women who want me to help them balance the benefits against the risks. I think you would benefit greatly by scheduling one. I'd help you put all your concerns on the scale and choose the options that will make you happiest both now and later.

As I mentioned earlier all I have shared is with due respect to all you do , I feel sorry that a person as well educated and enlightened as you us unable to appreciate a simple opinion about how you could reach broader borders.
