Great idea! I really like using smoke sausage as well but chris likes his ham!! Lol

Can you use tasso in place of the ham?
I actually use rabideauxs sausage and bacon! Chris likes the ham so I let him put it in the video!
But Tasso would be good too!!
The Cajun Ninja has a video. He uses Tasso. I use Pickled pork or Salt Pork. Once in a while I use bacon
