Thank you for the great video. Unfortunately, I am past the point of return on my first miter of job. Thankfully, the home owner is pretty chill. It has definitely been a learning experience and watching.Your videos will help immensely in the future. Next time I should probably read the instructions before doing the install.😂😂😂
Very helpful thanks. I have just started trying this for the first time because I have my small porch area outside my front door to tile. It's basically a small concrete slab/step at the moment but was originally original mosaic tile that some concreted over. I want to tile the floor but also wrap thr tiles over the front edge of the step (approx 10cm 4") and want that nice mitred finish. Nobody ever tells us on these videos what products they use for the epoxy infill. Anyone care to share?
Any advice on what to fill the bevels with - I like the idea of using epoxy resin and colouring it to match the tiles. Do you find just using epoxy grout, or mapei colour matched silicone is fine too?
i've been mitering outside corners and pretty much all my niches for about 3 years now. Just my person opinion, you have left too much "meat on the bone" with your miters. I fill all miters with tenax strong edge 45, miters this loose just don't look quite as good. You do great work and i'll share my best secret for miters...weha pitbull 100 grit after you cut them. game changer. keep up the good content
Beautiful machine I've had my eye on forever.. but 3800 is out of my reach, for now. These are less than 1/16". Probably 1/32" total. I set them very tight, and they're not obnoxious or too wide imo. Did my first miter job 7 years ago, so I'm not out here doing thick, ugly, obnoxious stuff lol.
Im almost ambidextrous on some things but not a critical cut like a tile edge..instead of using my left hand i just turn the grinder around so the blade is now on the outside n shoots debris away from me..yes its a little harder to see your cut etc but like anything else takes practice👍
Hey, Thanks for making this :)
Thank you sir for your time

awesome some great tips there!
You are a true master of this technique
I've used the Rubi Pro Edger lately on large tiles (4 feet) and that makes it a lot easier. Not too expensive either. Thanks for your tips!
Nice icut with my left hand also, it's a huge benefit
Appreciate the tips. I'm planning to use some large format tile for countertops in a rental.
Really helpful, but how about that chill background music, lovely.
You are a genius
😅😅😅
Thx for video, I appreciate your attention to detail. Do you have any recommendations re the speed setting on the angle grinder?
Nice! Are you left handed? That’s just how I do it :) great video!

Would you mind sharing what brand and type of wet tile saw is that?

Are you epoxying the miter only, or using epoxy grout for everything?
What speed you use the polishing pad? 50-100 grit thanks

Color matched epoxy is the way to go. I'm using it more and more, and it's getting better each time. With enough time and practice, it'll be 🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻

@@NathanTilesTheWorld the weha pitbull is a resin cup wheel
Ahhh. I thought you were referring to the machine itself! I'll get them a try 🤙🏼
@@adamh6190do you use a particular grit or are they all the same
Nah...I will hire a tile guy..that's daunting
Thanks for the info . Learnt a lot. Please turn down the soft porn background music 🎶 🙂
