No.95 My toilet has a very, very, very slow refill of water after a flush. My wife has complained & it's also driving me nuts. Therefore today's DIY is "How To Change The Toilet Flush Valve".

Just installed mine, but do I have to hold down the flusher for so long? If I hold it down for 1 or 2 seconds, I hear the toilet bowl clearing but the tank is only half empty? You hold the flusher down for a long time in the video

I hold down for 2-3 sec. Some toilets you don't have to hold down that long.

The tap water could be plugging it up. What city are you in? Many places have hard water that will ruin them.

I live in Windsor. Yes we do have hard water. it could be it.

It maybe the Flapper Valve. Try replacing the flapper valve first.
